#1 Maybe already happening; i had an app’t for 11April, had been set for some time, only to get a call cancelling it. Asked why, and was told the dr is not available. Asked about reschedule: we’ll get back to you.
Previously reasons for cancellations were clearly stated;’unavailable’ is suspect.
