#6 This is being discussed in my area of Maryland. $10 Dollars a gallon mid summer. This is realistic as we are in stagflation now. So as prices go up with no limit in sight, people are reducing purchasing.

There was a meme going around, and it has been a few months, and sure AF hasn't popped up recently, going something like we should have a better appreciation and perhaps learn some sophistication now that our gasoline prices are the same as what the British have always been paying.

I'm not sure "Close your eyes and think of England" at the pump was the intention, but it was the message.
