#1 M855 and SS109 are military grade. There are other sources for .223 and 5.56. M855 has a longer range than civilian .223. At the moment I don't see this as a big deal except it will deny civilian access to military grade ammo. The M855 comes in stripper clips in olive drab boxes of 30 rounds.
