#2 ...The response to this - at least in my conversations so far - has been to say that the situation may have been so bad that the doctor decided that their duty to the patient outweighed their duty to the law.

This is usually followed by a great deal of screaming on their part.

#4 In the end, the doctor should get audited to determine whether she complied with mandatory reporting laws - which she probably doesn’t. This may lead to an avalanche of audits.

#10 So much wrong with this story and so much coming out. One thing is for certain: it was not at all necessary for victim to travel out of state for an abortion per Ohio law. This IS the lie that cannot be explained away. The abortionist is a major suspect in this case and could implicate PP in coverups of many under age abortions.

#11 The real story here is that Family and Child Services tried to cover up a rape, but failed because a leftist wanted to use ut to score political points.

Lots of social worker drones deserve prison time for trying to cover it up, and everyone else who ignored mandatory reporting laws needs to go with them.

And the left needs to figure out if they think rape is a bad thing or not. It's weaponized to go after middle-class men in college, but apparently they're cool with it happening to children.
