#2 Colorado has had iffy election results since they introduced the dominion machines. Coincidently, the demoncrats have been winning since then in this state.

#6 Open primary?

#7 RC,

good question

Colorado has a blend of open/closed primaries.

In the primaries, Dems have to vote in the Dem primary. Repub have to vote in the Repub primary. Unaffiliated can vote in either primary.

#8 I'm with 49 Pan. The Dems have continued to act as if they have nothing to fear from the electorate. The only reason they don't want Pudding Brains to run is that there is no possible win by cheating that would pass the public sniff test.

#9 So all that has to happen is a bunch of dems officially say they're "unaffiliated" and they can flood Republican primaries. So, open primaries effectively.

#10 ^^ It would be curious to run the numbers for the D primary in relation to other years.
