#6 It is a policy that will alienate everyone but universities who are suffering from poor enrollment. Certainly, it will make all normal people mad. The crack heads who wasted money on worthless degrees will also be enraged that it only covers a portion of their bill. I think a year at Kent State is like $60K per year now.
