#2 Clearly a scape goat to protect the higher ups. Wouldn't give a plugged nickel for this guy's chances at a long and happy life. With Russian Collusion all over him, I'll bet the Hildabeast has already placed an order with the Suicide Hotline to keep him from testifying in the upcoming hearings.
