#1 Note the lack of training camps in the west. That means Darfur is not named. Another indication that the battle being fought pits Nile Arab against African tribals. Also, it is not clear who is offering East African troops? Certainly, it can't be Kenya or Somalia which have problems of their own. Or Djibouti, or Tanzania. Or even Uganda. So who is left in East Africa? Malawi? Mozambique? Eritrea or Ethiopia (each of which has a problem with Somalia)?
