#1 Let's play your game judge. They have no standing. It is the reason its the United States. They originally wrote the document of union with the understanding that the people in New York couldn't tell the people in Georgia how to live their lives. That is why the 10th Amendment says that if this document doesn't give the enumerated power to the national government then it belongs to the states.
