#3 Criticism is one thing. Being polite to your customers is another. If I were a business owner, I'd want that to be clear to my employees.

#4 I went to Starbucks and offered to buy 2 officers a cup a coffee and they said no need as they get free coffee at the Starbucks. So not all Starbucks managers and employees are cop haters.
