#2 /\ I believe you are correct. Massive. And, accordingly, expensive. I also seem to remember some moron putting/sending the plan on/via the Internet. Not as bad as the Moscow Embassy, but, in this day and age, close enough.

#6 Assuming the US took their CRAM anti-rocket/mortar defenses with them. That leaves all the other foreign and Iraqi government facilities in the Green Zone open to attack. Consequences.
