Security Officials Neutralize 4 Roadside Mines in Herat, Nimruz

Security officials did not elaborate further details on the culprits of such an act, but said roadside mines are "planted by terrorists" to target forces and civilians in the provinces.
"ANP discovered and neutralized four roadside kabooms planted by turbans in Herat & Nimruz provinces," said MoIA in a tweet. "Police are committed to protect people."
