[Daily Caller] George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said Friday that former President Donald Trump was "not likely" to see his properties seized by Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York.
James filed judgments against Trump and others in Westchester County, New York, where Trump owns a private estate in Seven Springs and the Trump National Golf Club Westchester, Friday. Turley said that James could find seizing the properties much more difficult than she thought. "These properties are partnerships, they have leveraged debt. All of that has to be unraveled," Turley told Fox Business host Larry Kudlow. "So these aren’t just this, you know, one to one Trump versus James type of equation. So in order to seize that property, she’s going to be pulled into court, there’s going to be challenges. It’s not going to happen overnight. Everyone is celebrating this idea that she’s going to padlock Trump Tower. It’s not likely to happen, and it’s certainly not likely to remain very long."

Not to mention there's going to be the mother of all 8th Amendment cases brought here. Even if she does take the buildings today - as pointed out, unlikely for a lot of reasons - it ain't over.
Many states have what is called a Property Bond.
The property is Seized/Forfeited, if the defendant fails to show. In NY its called a Secured Appearance Bond (Property-Defendant).
Keep in mind of the possible POLITICAL plan side to this Regime's obvious ran kangaroo court scenario. They could be setting up a way to hamper his Presidential Campaigning or the upcoming TV Biden/Trump Debate.
The Uber-Left Wing Democrat DA and/or Court could demand the restriction of Trump travels to the NYC or NY State area only.
[Federalist] House Republicans are demanding answers from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after a whistleblower came forward with allegations of agency interference to thwart investigations into Hunter Biden.
On Thursday, the GOP chairmen of the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees sent CIA Director William Burns a letter seeking records related to claims the CIA acted with the Department of Justice to protect President Joe Biden and his son.
"The information we recently received from the whistleblower seems to corroborate our concerns about DOJ’s deviations from standard process to provide Hunter Biden with preferential treatment," lawmakers wrote. "According to the whistleblower, in August 2021, when IRS investigators were preparing to interview Patrick Kevin Morris, an associate of Hunter Biden, the CIA intervened to stop the interview."
"Two DOJ officials were allegedly summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia for a briefing regarding Mr. Morris," lawmakers added. "At that meeting, it was communicated that Mr. Morris could not be a witness during the investigation."

Hunter Biden lost his mother Neilia Hunter (Joe Biden's first wife) and sister Naomi Biden in a car accident. He also lost a brother, Beau Biden, to brain cancer. I think that these events contributed to his substance abuse issues along with the fact that his overly politically ambitious father, Joe Biden, never got Hunter the help he really needed. I think Joe Biden provided Hunter a deal where Hunter could make money by claiming he could provide access to his father for a percentage
In other words, Joe Biden as a father is a piece of shit.

Everything about the voting process involves reconciliations where the numbers are checked against each other. You can’t find 10k ballots. These are manufactured ballots. They will undoubtedly be absentees assigned to voters who didn’t vote.

Burke is standard lefty, clueless but at least willing to prosecute criminals.
Harris is basically a Soros style criminal lover.

I fail to see why they can't adopt a certain time standard; on the day of the election you stop the vote count at 11 PM or midnight. That would end all this 3AM surprise dropbox shit.

Yes. Imagine if you could still buy a lottery ticket six or seven hours after the drawing.

I think part of the game that is being played is that several states have laws in place to prevent precounting any ballots before the polls close. The encouragement for everybody to vote by mail takes the counting activities out of the precincts in puts it into the centralized counting locations. This also builds in an excuse for extending the counting period. The absentee ballots are checked in but not scanned. Once the precinct reports are in, the cheaters can then assign any needed fake ballots to voter files that did not vote. Fake ballots can be assigned to fake voters immediately, but the counting freeze was because the Trump count exceeded Biden voters + fake voters. They needed fake ballots assigned to non-voters to get the job done.

[ZeroHedge] Nancy Pelosi's son has dodged the hammer of justice for a seventh time, after being excluded from a case in which two fraudsters linked to Paul Jr. are set to be sentenced in a money laundering and mail fraud scheme involving "shady dealings over a San Francisco flop house that Pelosi Jr. claimed to own," the Daily Mail reports.
Bill Garlock and Gina Rodriguez scammed investors into fronting over $1 million for supposed real estate ventures, and instead used the cash to pay for their lifestyle - including rent, loan repayments, credit card bills, and 'horse-related expenses,' according to San Francisco federal prosecutors.
The two obtained money from investors "by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations, and promises, and by means of concealment of material facts, including through the use of half-truths," according to a 2022 indictment.
One project which the pair presented to duped investors was the renovation of a dilapidated mixed-use building at the corner of Utah and 24th Street, which Paul Pelosi Jr. claimed to own 20% of - and was involved in a 2017 bribery scheme to obtain permits for the property, a move which led to the imprisonment of a city official and an engineering consultant following an FBI sting.
The property, located in the Mission District of San Francisco, has a troubled past of code violations and squalid conditions. In other words, a flop house.
Pelosi Jr. was not charged in the bribery scheme, and was only listed as "Client 9" in the complaint.
In 2017, he was listed as the selling realtor on transaction documents as part of a sale to Feng 24th, LLC - a company controlled by Garlock and Rodriguez. As the Mail further reports, "according to the property manager and permit applications, Pelosi Jr. continued to be intimately involved with the flop house after its sale to the two fraudsters."
"But he is nowhere to be seen in the July 2022 indictment leveled against Garlock, 74, and Rodriguez, 57, in a Northern California federal court," according to the report.
Garlock and Rodriguez were indicted on 15 counts of money laundering and mail fraud, including a scheme to bilk $400,000 from investors in the 24th Street property.
According to prosecutors, Garlock failed to list himself on Feng 24th LLC's filings despite having "substantial control" over the firm which owned the Pelosi-linked property.
Pelosi Jr.'s ties to the building, and the shady dealings around it, appear to be both financial and personal.
DailyMail.com previously revealed that Pelosi Jr. had a romantic relationship with the building's former owner, Karena Feng – and that she sued him in 2019 claiming that he conspired with Garlock and Rodriguez to scam her out of the property.
In one email obtained by DailyMail.com, Pelosi Jr. wrote to Feng: 'I am list [sic] as the real estate agent for the transaction and have been working hard for you for over two years. In January 2016, you and your family made me an officer of Feng RE with a 20 percent ownership. As an officer and owner of Feng RE, I want the best outcome for your and your family.' -Daily Mail
Nicole Bulick, Pelosi's ex-girlfriend, says that the FBI interviewed Paul Jr. three times about the 24th Street property, while business associate Naveen Singha also said agents interviewed him about Pelosi Jr.'s links to the building.
"Paul's been under FBI [questioning] like three times over this," the 48-year-old Bulick told the Mail. "Maybe in the summer of 2017… The FBI looked at this for almost two years. They called me too… He went and spoke with the FBI three times."
And according to the Mail, this is the seventh federal case linked to Pelosi Jr. for which he hasn't been charged.
[PJ] On Sunday, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) hinted at the possibility of parting ways with the Republican Party due to its alignment with former President Trump.
In an interview on "Inside Politics Sunday with Manu Raju," she expressed her dissatisfaction, stating, "I wish that as Republicans, we had a nominee that I could get behind. I certainly can’t get behind Donald Trump."
The Hill has more:
When asked if she is considering an independent run, the Alaska lawmaker kept her cards close to her chest, telling Raju, "Oh, I think I’m very independent minded. I just regret that our party is seemingly becoming a party of Trump."
Pressed further if she is "officially" considering and open to an independent bid, she said, "I am navigating my way through some very interesting political times so let’s just leave it at that."
It comes after the Alaska Republican said earlier this month that she "could not" vote for either Trump or President Biden, who are their respective parties’ presumptive nominees.
At least there’s that.
When asked by Raju about Trump’s description of imprisoned Jan. 6 rioters are "hostages," Murkowski said, "What happened on Jan. 6, was an effort by people who stormed the building in an effort to stop an election."

Murkowski won’t go until Mitch is no longer in charge. She is in the pool of RINOs that betray our interest to Schumer. That service is likely not without some type of consideration or compensation. Once Lisa is officially a Dem, she loses leverage. Without Mitch she might try to work her own deals as an Independent. There is risk in that gambit. She is not an intellectual giant and dirt exists on her based of Feinstein’s famously photoed posture.

[FoxNews] The co-hosts of "The Big Weekend Show" on Sunday discussed Democratic strategist James Carville’s recent comments where he blamed ‘preachy females’ for Biden’s polling numbers.
Carville spoke with New York Times opinion columnist Maureen Dowd, where he slammed the Democratic Party's culture of wokeness and censorship.
"A suspicion of mine is that there are too many preachy females. Don’t drink beer. Don’t watch football. Don’t eat hamburgers. This is not good for you - the message is too feminine," Carville said. "If you listen to Democratic elites — NPR is my go-to place for that — the whole talk is about how women, and women of color, are going to decide this election. I’m like: ‘Well, 48 percent of the people that vote are males. Do you mind if they have some consideration?"
"The Big Weekend Show" co-host Dagen McDowell said the Democratic Party's woes with men is because the party no longer stands up for masculinity.
"This is about driving men out of the Democrat Party. And I'll point out one thing in all seriousness - the labor participation rate among men has fallen. It's only two thirds of men [that] are participating in the labor force. It has just plummeted, and there is honor and dignity in work. And when men do not work, there's something critically wrong with this country," she said. "There's one party that stands up for masculinity and is okay with it, and there's one party that doesn't."
"I do wonder if he was projecting at all," co-host Kat Timpf added. "Like maybe a little bit because I don't know what kind of women, or he said, [females]. I'm sorry, but calling women females, like, ‘these females’ - stop. Please don't ever do that again. He shouldn't project that onto all the rest of us. I think that the way he made the point was absurd."
McDowell continued, "If you look at the numbers, 53% of married women backed Trump, 64% of unmarried women backed Biden - but don't give James Carville too much credit. I think one thing driving reasonable women out of the Democrat Party is look at him, that sleaze stack, that's all you got."
