[Zero] Goldman Sachs expects the exodus from cities to weigh on shelter inflation. Goldman's Jan Hatzius told clients that it could take years for urban vacancies to normalize.
Hatzius' note, titled "Inflation Signal, Healthcare Noise (Hill)," had some excellent commentary on the urban exodus, aligning with our thoughts from last July when we said city dwellers fleeing metro areas could last for the next 18-24 months.

Between companies emptying their office towers and blue politicians giving criminals free reign, the urban model is kaput. For people who expect to live a normal life, anyway.

If you no longer need a "big box" factory then why have a "big box" city?
[Epoch Times: American Thought Leaders] "Tyranny is trying to tread into somebody’s mind to distort it and to form it to reflect what you think is good," says Arthur Milikh.
Milikh, the Executive Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for the American Way of Life, argues that identity politics and critical race theory are a new form of tyranny over the mind.
Back in May 2020, he wrote the prescient report, "’Hate Speech’ and the New Tyranny over the Mind" for The Heritage Foundation.
[WND] I've written thousands of columns and commentaries. This is the most important I've ever written.
This is my chance to play the modern-day Paul Revere. "The commies are coming. The commies are coming." Yes, I am reporting a communist takeover. But the leader of this attack is not who it appears to be.
Republicans, conservatives and capitalists are sick right about now. We're in shock. We can't believe Donald Trump is no longer president. We can't believe Americans voted against the greatest economy — perhaps in history — the greatest jobs picture ever, the greatest improvement in middle-class incomes ever and the greatest economic comeback ever, which Trump produced after the COVID-19 lockdown and economic collapse. Remember 33% gross domestic product in Q3 2020? That was the biggest number in history. Who would vote against all that? You'd have to be self-hating and suicidal.
We also can't believe America voted for a feeble old man with dementia who mumbles, who clearly signs executive orders without knowing what he's signing and who says "we didn't have" a vaccine before he became president, even though he got his two vaccine shots before he became president.
We all believe the election was rigged and stolen. We all know the feeble old man now called "president" would be more at home in an assisted living home than the White House. That man can't be our new president.

They will fail. They always fail. Drunk with corruption but never a recovering drunk. No bottom to the hole they dig. Just more of the same. They live in a mess and will always be in the mess.

The rest of this is the same anti intellectual, nonsense as well cause "we all DO NOT know" the election was stolen because creeps like the OP never show any evidence

The writer gives Baraq too much credit. He may be pulling the strings but who is pulling his strings? Soros? Brennan? Xi? Most likely there is a politburo. Who are the politburo's members? Who is ruthless and cunning enough to be the chairman? How much blood will be shed for this power?

Ref #8: My guess as well. Soetoro sleeps till noon and obviously lacks the motivation. Brennan is the likely PM on this one. Soetoro is the useful Wacondan face and fund raiser.

Written by Wayne Allyn Root, who should have been in classes with Barack Obama at Columbia. He’s a bit of an enthusiast, including running as the vice presidential candidate for the Libertarian Party in 2008, but he definitely went all in for Donald Trump.
Barack Obama is more a grand idea man, leaving the actual work of thinking them through and deciding whether they can actually be made real to his eager minions. Or maybe they’re handlers — in his universe two different words for the same behaviour set. If he were on the beauty queen circuit, he’d be the one who really truly wants world peace, you guys!

Pulling strings involves work. That rules out Soetoro.

That was quick.
I guess the surrounded by thousands of military and walls and gates and reinforced by police green zone capital building has a security issue, so likely just mail this SOTU in.
[Campus Reform.org] Hospitals in the United Kingdom have begun using the term "chestfeeding" instead of "breastfeeding," just years after U.S. academics published a study in which they argued that the promotion of breastfeeding as the "natural" way to feed a child has many negative societal effects.
In early 2021, Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals in the United Kingdom drew international criticism for swapping the word "breastfeeding" for "chestfeeding" in an attempt to be more inclusive of transgender individuals.
Likewise, Harvard Medical School referred to women as "birthing people" in an effort to "include those who identify as non-binary or transgender," as Campus Reform previously reported.
"We are concerned about breastfeeding promotion that praises breastfeeding as the ’natural’ way to feed infants," wrote Jessica Martucci of the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and Anne Barnhill of Johns Hopkins University in the journal Pediatrics. "Promoting breastfeeding as ’natural’ may be ethically problematic, and, even more troublingly, it may bolster this belief that ’natural’ approaches are presumptively healthier."

The major problem with the Internet is it lets kooks express themselves and take on an authoritative role far greater they have or deserve.
eg. Dr. Fauci, Biden, Nancy, Transgender Dr. Levine.

/\ Well I'm just thankful modern medicine and big pharma have managed to cure the scourge of flu, emphysema, and pneumonia. You just never hear of anyone passing on as a result of this stuff anymore.

when the media makes grandiose statements like 'Their view is gaining traction' I like to think of that technique of adding 'in bed' to the statement of any Chinese fortune cookie. Except I add 'On Twitter' to the statement.
And then everything makes sense.
"Their view is gaining traction on Twitter"

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
