[Mil Times] In the eight years since the Pentagon opened previously closed special operations jobs to women, just four have entered the training pipeline to become a Navy SEAL.
Only 17 women have attempted Marine Raider training in that same timeline. None of those applicants went on to secure a position on a SEAL or Raider team.
That’s according to new data compiled by the military services at the request of the Pentagon-appointed Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services.
The information provides a rare snapshot into military efforts to breach what is effectively the last frontier of gender integration: the elite and physically demanding units that operate in secrecy and conduct the most complex and high-stakes missions.

*shrug* Most men don’t make the cut, and of those who could, many do not want to work quite that hard. Fewer women are capable of reaching that level, and of them, even fewer are willing to do the work or are able to get through it without serious injury. The only ones surprised by this outcome are the generals who really, really wanted a 50% female Special Forces.

I have no problems with female SEALs, IF they don't make it easier for them. SEAL training is designed to pick the best of the best. It is designed to push people to their physical and mental limits. According to the internet, only 20-25% make it through SEAL training.

We may never know but lurking in the back of my mind is the DEI recruit quality issue, perhaps lowering standards has consequences? Leg injury suggests something like a flash-bang got dropped?

So I guess Netflix is going to make a movie about Hannibal Barca starring Denzel Washington as the Carthaginian.
Maybe they wanted a top billing to attract an audience for a historical drama? Maybe?
Or maybe Netflix has a history of Black Facing historical figures and every single Denzel Washington movie is about his character's struggle with White People?
[Gateway] Earlier this week January 6 political prisoner Jake Lang sent out a request to supporters to call the Brooklyn MDC Prison and to rejoin him and Ryan Samsel to the same "non gang affiliated unit" at the Brooklyn Prison for their own safety.
Two weeks ago the Biden regime moved these too abused prisoners to Brooklyn from the DC Gulag.
Both men have faced unprecedented abuse at the hands of prison guards, Biden officials, and DC judges.
Jake Lang has been in prison for OVER THREE YEARS without trial. This is a serious criminal act that violates the US Constitution.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Tokyo-based Space One's 18-metre (60-foot) Kairos rocket blasted off in the coastal Wakayama region of western Japan, carrying a small government test satellite.
But around five seconds later, the solid-fuel rocket erupted in fire, sending white smoke billowing around the remote mountainous area as orange flames raged on the ground, live footage showed.
Space One said it had taken the decision to 'abort the flight' and details were being investigated.
'We want to accept this outcome in a forward-looking manner and embark on our next challenge,' company president Masakazu Toyoda told reporters, asserting that Space One does not use the term 'failure'.
