Mohammad follower Andrew Tate Denies Hamas Is a Terrorist Organization
BLUF:
[HOT AIR] Tate has been viciously critical of Israel—and I concede that there are decent people who despise Israel’s response to Hamas, although I disagree with them generally—and he has defended Hamas’ attacks and exhibited no disgust with their tactics.

Tate sat down with Piers Morgan for an interview and they had it out on the issue of Hamas and Israel. Tate followed the Jeremy Corbyn school of refusing to condemn Hamas’ attacks. No matter how many times Morgan asked him, Tate refused to call Hamas a terrorist organization, and he went through great contortions to justify the rapes and murders of innocents as "understandable."

#1
Given he was to stand trial in Romania for rape, human trafficking and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women. It sounds like he'd fit right in with Hamas?

So I wonder if Mr. Tate was just added to the US Domestic Terrorist Watch List?

#2  He's accused just like Trump. Let's wait and see.
He's a public hound 'alpha male'. He claimed that Allah was the only god he feared. So much for retribution and power ego of such alpha males. Given that the Israelis are hammering Hamas, he need to reassess who's really badass.

#4  From the article:

Tate is a Muslim convert, and it’s pretty clear that the appeal to him is his attitude toward women. Not that Tate’s particular practices are typical of devout Muslims, and it certainly isn’t the case that all Muslims are antisemitic misogynists. That is an unfortunate stereotype based on the fact that far too many Muslims are, in fact, antisemitic misogynists, and the most vocal among them are almost all are of that ilk.

#5  Consider who's telling you Andrew Tate is always wrong.

Every time there's an "enemy of the deep state" like this, they never actually show you how he's wrong. They always magically find something wrong with his character, and presto suddenly they don't have to address his ideas any more.

It's what they did to Bret Kavanaugh, it's what they did to Scott Adams, it's what they tried to do to Russell Brand. It's just how they work.

#8  I literally said "enemy of the deep state" but if you translated that in your mind to Jews, then that's on you.

The Mayor of New York is now in their sights for failing to toe the line on illegal aliens and presto, a rape allegation from 1993 suddenly is here. You get how they don't argue points, they assassinate character? It's their MO.

Arabia
How a particular branch of Islam made the Sultanate of Oman 'Arab Switzerland'
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
by Kirill Semenov

[REGNUM] On November 18, the Sultanate of Oman celebrates National Day, which was dedicated to the birthday of the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said , but continues to be celebrated under the new ruler of the Sultanate, His Majesty Haitham bin Tariq . The Sultanate of Oman began to occupy an increasingly prominent place in Russian foreign policy and foreign economic relations during the period of the Special Military Operation.

A gala reception organized by the Sultanate Embassy took place in Moscow on Monday, November 20. The states of the Islamic world, unlike Western countries, during the SVO, maintained the tradition of celebrating their national holidays in Russia, despite the fact that it is increasingly difficult to meet Western diplomats at them.

But now the level of representation of Russian officials at these events is becoming significantly higher.

Instead of stagnation of relations, as the United States and the collective West wanted to achieve, there is a noticeable revival of bilateral Russian-Omani relations in all areas.

Ibadism and the new multi-vectorism
Oman’s approach reflects changes in the foreign policy priorities of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, who decided to consistently build a “non-Western” vector of development of Muscat’s foreign policy, despite pressure from Washington, London and Brussels.

Oman not only continued to strengthen ties with Russia, China and Iran, but also began to interact more closely with its neighbors - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, including in those areas that define the policies of these states as multi-vector and nationally oriented .

The peculiarities of Oman's foreign policy and the position of the sultanate in the Arab and Islamic world are determined by the dominant school of Islam in the country. Most Omanis, including the ruling elite and the Sultan, adhere to Ibadism, a branch of Islam separate from both Shiism and Sunniism and its offshoots. Ibadism arose earlier than all others in the first century according to the Hegira (Islamic chronology, corresponds to most of the 7th - early 88th centuries AD - Ed.), during the period of the so-called First Fitna (turmoil) in the Islamic Caliphate.

Since that time, Ibadism has established itself in Oman, which determined the special place of this state in the world of Islam.

Throughout history, the Ibadis have learned to build relationships with their opponents, be they the Umayyads or the Abbasids, the Ottomans or the Safavids.

Thanks to this, as well as the policy of maneuvering between these centers of power, Oman not only maintained its independence and religious identity for centuries, but was also able to extrapolate this experience of interaction to relations with leading European powers.

This even allowed Oman to build its own empire in the 17th–19th centuries, the center of which was Zanzibar (now Tanzania), having conquered their colonies in Africa from Mozambique to Somalia from the Portuguese, and to move deeper into the continent all the way to the Congo.

Partnership with Russia
If we talk about Oman’s attitude towards Russia, the most indicative is the position of the Sultanate regarding the Russian Northern Military District. When asked by the French newspaper Le Figaro whether the Russians “made a mistake by invading Kiev ,” the country’s Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al-Busaidi said: “We are not saying this, otherwise we would be stuck in accusations, which will not allow us to move towards ending this war."

The intensification of contacts between the two countries during the CBO period is evidenced by the first visit since 2016 of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Muscat and the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate to Moscow in July 2023, which took place within the framework of the Russia-Arab Cooperation Council negotiations. Gulf States (GCC)".

In addition, in September 2023, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev visited Oman , which confirmed the existence of common points of contact between the Russian Federation and the Sultanate in the field of defense and security.

In its multi-vector approach, Muscat went much further than its closest neighbors from the GCC and began to develop not only economic and political, but also military ties with such opponents of the collective West as the PRC or Iran. Russia now has good prospects for intensifying this area of cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral formats.

We are talking about the possibility of interaction within the Russia-Iran-Oman and Russia-China-Oman triangles.

Thus, as yet unconfirmed information is being circulated about Beijing’s plans to create its own military base in Oman. Bloomberg reported this. According to agency sources, Beijing and Muscat held relevant negotiations in October 2023, and the Omanis expressed agreement on this matter.

Oman has never severed ties with Iran, unlike its neighbors, but, on the contrary, has increased them.

Oman and Iran have repeatedly conducted naval exercises in the Strait of Hormuz, the last stage of the maneuvers took place in December 2021. From time to time, news stories began to appear that Muscat allegedly also supports the pro-Iranian Yemeni Houthi rebels from the Ansar Allah movement, including by providing them with arms supplies.

Thus, the Omani Navy could join the existing practice of military maneuvers of the fleets of Russia, Iran and China in the Strait of Hormuz.

Of course, it should be borne in mind that at the same time Muscat does not intend to sever its military-political ties with the West, primarily with the USA and Great Britain, but will strive to balance them as much as possible.

"Arab Switzerland"
Oman has extensive experience in mediation activities in conflict resolution. It is often called the “Switzerland of Arabs” because of its status - not so much neutral, but equidistant relative to regional players and world capitals. We cannot discount the Sultanate’s ability to promote certain mediation initiatives against the backdrop of the conflict between Russia and the West around Ukraine.

Muscat was the site where a ceasefire was negotiated between the Saudi-led coalition and Yemen's Houthi rebels in April 2023. This was the result of long and painstaking work by the Omanis with all parties to the conflict, starting in 2015. Therefore, Oman can be called, along with China, an accomplice to the Saudi-Iranian normalization, which was primarily hampered by the conflict in Yemen.

In addition, Oman acted as a mediator in negotiations between representatives of Washington and Tehran on the exchange of prisoners, which took place in September 2023. At the same time, Muscat had previously been a platform for negotiations regarding the conclusion of a nuclear deal with Iran in 2015 and is now again ready to come up with similar initiatives .

In particular, such initiatives became known in early October from the words of a representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, who stated that “the initiatives proposed by some friendly countries, including Oman, are not new agreements and plans. These are initiatives aimed at bringing approaches closer together to bring all parties back to the implementation of the JCPOA.”

Oman also remained equidistant to the parties to the Syrian civil war, which allowed it to maintain relations with both Bashar al-Assad and the Syrian opposition. This contributed to the fact that the Sultanate will become the place that suits both Damascus and its opponents to hold the next rounds of meetings of the Syrian Constitutional Committee instead of Switzerland.

“Following the results of the recent meeting of the Arab League contact group on Syria in Cairo at the ministerial level with the participation of Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad, a joint statement was adopted, which states plans to organize the next meeting of the drafting commission of the Constitutional Committee in Muscat before the end of this year... Taking into account that “that the Omanis have established themselves as authoritative and unbiased intermediaries, providing good offices to help resolve various sensitive regional problems, we support this choice ,” the Russian Foreign Ministry noted in August 2023.

In this context, mention should be made of Vladimir Zelensky’s “shrouded in secrecy” trip to Oman in January 2020, which became the subject of much speculation.

According to the most widespread, but not officially confirmed version, then Muscat tried to bring together the Russian and Ukrainian sides to resolve the situation around Donbass. Russia could be represented at these negotiations by Nikolai Patrushev (according to other sources, Vladislav Surkov ).

"North South"
Oman could become a natural continuation of the North-South route created by Russia and Iran, taking into account the presence of only the narrow Strait of Hormuz separating the Sultanate from the Islamic Republic. Therefore, the role of land routes that go through Oman to Yemen and further through the narrow Bab al-Mandeb Strait to African countries is increasing.

Oman's Minister of Transport Saeed bin Hamoud Al-Maawali, at the May negotiations with Iran, already announced the readiness of the Omani private sector to invest in logistics and port areas in Iran, and also mentioned the need to implement the Ashgabat Agreement on trade between Oman and Central Asia through Iran.

Russian North-South initiatives would fit well into this context, on which trilateral negotiations and consultations could also be held.

In particular, joint projects with Iran and Oman for the development of the Shahid Rajai port, the use of which Oman has already shown interest, could be considered.

At the same time, Oman continues to invest in the Russian economy, despite unilateral Western restrictions.

As it became known this summer, a company whose beneficiary is an investment fund owned by the Sultanate of Oman will become a co-owner of a large Russian grain trader, Demetra Holding.

In turn, the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev made a working visit to Oman in December last year, where he held negotiations on the development of cooperation in the field of agriculture with the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman Saud Hamud Al- Habsi .

Increasing trade in agricultural goods is of particular importance, since 40% of Russian supplies to the Sultanate are food, including grain.

Since 2022, Oman has also become a major importer of Russian meat products. And from August 15 to 17, 2022, the management of Rosselkhoznadzor visited Oman, where they held a number of meetings and negotiations on expanding Russian supplies. Then the Omani side confirmed that the certification process of two Russian poultry meat production enterprises had actually been completed, which opened up access for new Russian companies to the Omani market.

In addition, Russian companies still have the opportunity to operate in the Omani Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Duqm, the road is open for entrepreneurs who are ready to engage in real production activities. And on June 8, 2023, the Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Income Tax Evasion between Russia and Oman was signed in Muscat. On the Russian side, the document was signed by the Secretary of State - Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Sazanov , on the Oman side - by the head of the tax service, Saud bin Nasser Al Shukaili.

The tourist flow of Russian holidaymakers to Oman is growing. According to the tour operator Resort Holiday, it increased by 35% thanks to the resumption of direct flights on the Moscow-Muscat route.

In political shift to the far right, anti-Islam populist Geert Wilders wins big in Dutch elections
[AP] Anti-Islam populist Geert Wilders won a huge victory in Dutch elections, according to a near complete count of the vote early Thursday, in a stunning lurch to the far right for a nation once famed as a beacon of tolerance.
AP's panties are wadded up, apparently
The result will send shockwaves through Europe, where far-right ideology is on the rise, and puts Wilders in line to lead talks to form the next governing coalition and possibly become the first far-right prime minister of the Netherlands.

With nearly all votes counted, Wilders’ Party for Freedom was forecast to win 37 seats in the 150-seat lower house of parliament, two more than predicted by an exit poll when voting finished Wednesday night and more than double the 17 he won at the last election.

"I had to pinch my arm," a jubilant Wilders said.

Earlier, and using more words:
‘Far-right’ anti-Islamist wins Netherlands election: exit poll

[IsraelTimes] Geert Wilders is known as the ‘Dutch Trump’ for his hairstyle and rants against immigrants and Muslims; if elected, he says he would move embassy to Jerusalem to support Israel

The ‘far-right’,
...scare quotes mine...
anti-Islam party of firebrand
...firebrands are noted more for audio volume and the quantity of spittle generated than for any actual logic in their arguments...
politician Geert Wilders
...bleached blond, gay, traditional European Socialist — it’s just that he has seen his country’s welcome of massive numbers of Middle Eastern Moslems as a danger to the culture and lives of the native Dutch ever since he spent time in Israel in his youth. For daring to speak up on the subject the ruling class of the Netherlands have tromped on him, hard. Fortunately, he is irrepressible...
has won the Dutch election, exit polls suggested Wednesday, a political earthquake that will be felt far beyond the country’s borders.
Hopefully the polls are accurate, and his opponents aren’t able to cheat their way to victory.
The PVV (Freedom Party) won 35 seats in parliament, according to the Ipsos exit poll, comfortably winning the election, with the center-right bloc on 23 seats and a left-wing bloc on 26.

If confirmed in the final results, Wilders’ victory marks a sharp lurch to the right that will be viewed with trepidation in Brussels — the PVV has promised a referendum on Dutch membership of the European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
"It might not be what other parties in Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
or in other countries strive for, but, hey, that’s democracy," the 60-year-old told news hounds as he voted.

Immigration was the key topic of the referendum campaign and his hardline stance, including closing the borders and deporting illegal immigrants colonists, seemed to have resonated with Dutch voters.

Although Wilders appeared to have triumphed in the polls, it is not clear that he will be able to garner the necessary support for a broad enough coalition to form a workable government.

All the leaders of the three other top parties have said they would not serve in a PVV-led coalition.

Kate Parker, from the Economist Intelligence Unit, said it would lead to "constitutional stalemate" in the EU’s fifth-largest economy.

’NEXIT’
Wilders is known as the "Dutch Trump," partly for his swept-back dyed hairstyle that resembles that of the former US president, but also for his rants against immigrants colonists and Moslems.

From calling Moroccans "scum" to holding competitions for cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed, Wilders has built a career from his self-appointed mission to stop an "Islamic invasion" of the West.

During the campaign, he sought to tone down his message, saying he could put some of his more strident views on Islam "in the freezer."

He stressed he would be prime minister for everyone "regardless of their religion, background, sex or whatever," insisting the cost-of-living crisis was a bigger priority.

But, as his opponents never tired of pointing out, his PVV manifesto tells a different story.

With hallmark Wilders rhetoric, the manifesto says: "Asylum-seekers feast on delightful free cruise-ship buffets, while Dutch families have to cut back on groceries."

The program proposes a ban on Islamic school, Korans and mosques. Headscarves would be banned from government buildings. "The Netherlands is not an Islamic country," it adds.

A "binding referendum" would be held on a "Nexit" — the idea of the Netherlands leaving the EU. The PVV also calls for an "immediate halt" to development aid.

On foreign policy, the parallels to Trump are clear. "Netherlands first," trumpets the manifesto.

The PVV would move the Dutch embassy to Jerusalem to support Israel, a "close friend and the one true democracy in the Middle East."

’I AM UNDER ATTACK’
Wilders has remained defiant despite brushes with the law and death threats that have meant he has been under constant police protection since 2004.

"I don’t regret fighting for freedom," Wilders told AFP, in an interview ahead of elections in 2021. "Of course, I take a stand. I am under attack, my country is under attack."

He was found guilty of discrimination in 2016 over comments he made against Moroccans living in the Netherlands and has previously likened the Koran to Adolf Hitler
...late Fuehrer of Germany, founder of the Third Reich, currently communing with his pals Himmler and Heydrich. He is reincarnated every few days as a politician somebody doesn't like...
’s "Mein Kampf," saying both books should be banned.

He was forced to shelve plans for a cartoon competition of the Prophet Mohammed in 2018 after receiving death threats.

Wilders was competing in his sixth election, having come close to pulling off a stunning upset more than once.

"When I left my old party (the VVD)... I said one day we will become the biggest party," Wilders told news hounds while casting his vote.

If the exit polls are confirmed, his decades-old prediction may have just come true.

Meet the Iranian-born Biden military aide reportedly under investigation for major influence campaign: ‘Clear and present danger'
BLUF:
[NYP] ....sitting in the Pentagon with a high-level security clearance is Ariane Tabatabai, the Iranian-born Biden military aide who reportedly is under investigation over an Iranian influence operation whose tentacles reach deep into Washington’s military and diplomatic establishment — and nobody in the government will explain why.
She oughtta be investigated for that haircut
Eyes on Tehran

Not only is Tabatabai the chief- of-staff to the Pentagon’s assistant secretary of defense for special operations, Christopher Maier, but, according to Navy sources, she recently became a US reserve naval intelligence officer.

Tabatabai has completed her five-month training at the Center for Information Dominance in Dam Neck, Va., according to a fellow officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, and expressed concern that Tabatabai retains her security clearance, despite the counterintelligence investigation.

The officer says Tabatabai would receive access in her reservist intelligence role to such sensitive information as staff rosters and movements of US ships and submarines in the Persian Gulf, all of which is clearly of interest to Iran amid the current Gaza conflict.

"The Navy has been actively training her to be an intelligence officer and giving her access to, not just what she has in her civilian job, but access to all the need-to-know information that a reserve unit has," says the officer.

"This naval reserve [role] gives her more clearance and access. Everyone she has contact with in the Navy intelligence realm is now potentially outed."

The officer says Tabatabai’s security access has been a source of ongoing concern among colleagues, especially as "the investigation has been going on for so long."

"It’s a clear and present danger in that even if [the investigation] affords her the right to due process, her clearance still should be on hold, and she should not have any access to go into the Pentagon or any other military installation."

The FBI reportedly has been shut out of the Tabatabai probe, and it is not known which agency is in charge.

Israel said to warn UN Security Council of regional war if Hezbollah isn’t disarmed
[IsraelTimes] FM Cohen reportedly calls for ’totally different approach to end the dangerous violations’ by terror group; IDF airs footage of latest southern Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
strikes, as festivities continue.

Foreign Minister Eli Cohen has reportedly warned the UN Security Council that a regional war is likely if its 2006 resolution calling for the disarmament of Lebanon’s Hezbollah terror group is not fully implemented.

"For the good of regional stability and to avoid further escalation, the next session of the UN Security Council must adopt a totally different approach in order to end the dangerous violations by Hezbollah and other terrorist groups on the border," Cohen wrote to the Security Council, according to a Channel 12 news report Tuesday evening.

UN Security Council Resolution 1701 brought to an end the Second Lebanon War in 2006, and called for the disarmament of all non-state armed forces in Lebanon, as well as for the region between the Israel-Lebanon border and the Litani River to be freed of all armed forces other than the Lebanese army and the UN’s peacekeeping mission UNIFIL.

These clauses of the resolution were never implemented, and Hezbollah has become a heavily armed terror militia. It claims to have tens of thousands of fighters and possesses a reported arsenal of some 150,000 rockets and missiles of different types.

and other terror groups in southern Lebanon have routinely fired rockets at Israeli cities and attacked IDF forces on the Israel-Lebanon border since Hamas’s October 7 atrocities, resulting in a number of Israeli fatalities.

The IDF has attacked Hezbollah operatives and positions in response, killing dozens of their fighters.

On Wednesday morning, the IDF said its fighter jets carried out strikes against Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, including a military compound where terror operatives were gathered and other infrastructure belonging to the terror group.

On Tuesday night, the IDF released footage of the strikes earlier that day on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, which included a command center and other infrastructure belonging to the Iran-backed terror group.

"Our information further indicates that [the] Wagner [Group], at the direction of the Russian government, was preparing to provide an air defense capability to either Hezbollah or Iran," Kirby told news hounds during a briefing.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a warning to Hezbollah last week amid the escalating tensions in the north.

"There are those who think they can expand their attacks against our troops and against civilians. This is playing with fire," Netanyahu said, without explicitly mentioning Hezbollah. "Fire will be met with much stronger fire. They must not try us, because we have displayed only a little part of our power. We will harm those who harm us."

UN chief 'welcomes' Israel-Hamas hostage, ceasefire deal

Secretary-General António Guterres
...Portuguese politician and diplomat, ninth Secretary-General of the United Nations. Previously, he was the UN High Commissioner for Refugees between 2005 and 2015. He was the Prime Minister of Portugal from 1995 to 2002 and was the Secretary-General of the Socialist Party from 1992 to 2002. He served as President of the Socialist International from 1999 to 2005. In both a 2012 and 2014 poll, the Portuguese public ranked him as the best Prime Minister of the previous 30 years...

Taking to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, Guterres said: "I welcome the agreement reached by Israel & Hamas. It’s an important step in the right direction, but much more needs to be done."

The UN chief also said that the intergovernmental organization will "mobilise all its capacities to support the implementation & maximize positive impact on the humanitarian situation in Gazoo

The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Netanyahu orders Israeli spooks to target Hamas Bad Guys worldwide
Direct Translate via Google Translate. Edited.

Good. Remember to roll up the paymasters as well.

[Regnum] The Israeli intelligence service Mossad will have to pursue the leaders of the Palestinian Hamas movement around the world, Prime Minister of the Jewish State Benjamin Netanyahu said at a press conference on November 22 .

“I have instructed the Mossad to act against Hamas leaders wherever they are,” the Israeli politician said.
Ooooooohhhhh…
Moreover, earlier, with the mediation of Qatar, an agreement was reached between Israel and Hamas on a temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, as well as on the release of several dozen Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons.

As Regnum reported , on November 22, the leaders of the Palestinian Hamas movement confirmed that they had reached an agreement with the Israeli authorities on a four-day truce for the return and exchange of hostages. The statement said the truce was reached after days of negotiations, with the help of Qatar and Egypt.

In four days, in exchange for 150 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons, Hamas will release 30 children, eight mothers and 12 more women.

According to the agreement reached, both sides must observe a ceasefire and guarantee a cessation of hostilities in all areas of Gaza. Also, during the truce period, the delivery of fuel, humanitarian and emergency medical assistance will be ensured.

Earlier, Israeli Energy Minister Israel Katz proposed executing Hamas members, comparing them to the Nazis. He insisted on creating a court that would act in accordance with the law.

#2  While any HAMAS member or supporter is a P.O.S. as far as I am concerned.

The killing of any person on US soil by Foreign Intel Agencies does not sit right.

#3  ^Since Hamas is recognized as terrorist organization by USA, there shouldn't be any in USA.

#6  My comment was laser focused about US SOIL

I am sure Mossad can and does work with the FBI and othe _ _ _ agencies etc. to accomplish its goals within the law.

But acting independently violates a dozen US Laws and the Bill Of Rights.

If we don't demand the law be followed by EVERYONE, then we are no better than the LSD's we grip about everyday.

#7  Some people need liquidated. Some especially need extrajudicially liquidated. But I agree, on US soil, the law of the land should be in full force all the time.

Call me if that ever happens. Don't worry about the hour...

#10  The confusion of US Soil is moot. Legality withstanding, people die everyday. Whether a car accisnent, drive by or planned assasination. The BOR is for all. It descends from God. But don’t confuse man’s law with gods. Should we have killers roaming America? No. Do we? Yes. In the end, bad guys gotta go. Cartel or Hamas no diff. Don’t get squishy.

Palestinian terrorist expected to be swapped for hostages demanded Israel pay for her plastic surgery after explosive she detonated left her with serious burns
Golly. Life really is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid. It's even tougher than that if you're stupid and hideous.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A Paleostinian terrorist expected to be released in the hostage exchange controversially demanded Israel pay for her plastic surgery after injuring herself in an attack.Asraa Jabas, 38, was seriously disfigured after a gas cylinder went kaboom! during an attack in 2015 in the West Bank which also left a policeman badly hurt.
Give her a Sisal Burqa and call it good
She was sentenced to eleven years but since being convicted has successfully applied twice for funding to have plastic surgery — sparking outrage.

The attack in the city of Ma'ale Adumim, 18 miles from Jerusalem, left the police officer involved with serious burns to his face.

As news spread that she was to be one of the prisoners released as part of the deal, several victims groups said they would file a petition to oppose her freedom.

Under Israeli law, when Paleostinian inmates are freed as part of any deal their names are published on the Ministry of Justice website and anyone opposing the decision has 24 hours to file a claim.

Israeli media reported that Jabas was on the list and had successfully been awarded two grants to have plastic surgery but a third one applying to have her nose rebuilt last year was refused.

Officials rejected the request as they said that unlike the surgery to her hands this was 'not necessary to maintain her health'.

News reports from 2015 revealed how Jabas detonated a device close to a checkpoint after the 45-year-old policeman who was injured Moshe Chan, stopped her for acting suspiciously.

As she pulled to a halt she jumped out and shouted 'Allah Akbar' before detonating a gas cylinder hidden in her bag.

Both were taken to hospital for treatment to severe burns and Mr Chan, who was awarded a medal for his bravery, later expressed his surprise at learning she had applied for surgery.

He said: 'I have post-traumatic stress disorder and this woman who caused this is in prison getting an education and now applying for cosmetic surgery.

'Now this terrorist wants to do surgery, what's the conclusion? Every man who is going to carry out an attack, goes to prison, earns a degree and comes out handsome too.

'The entire nation of Israel is harmed by these attacks, and the Lions of Islam are given the entire basket of medicines.

'We are an excellent country, but in these things where a person is in prison for causing harm, so I just don't understand how a person gets both a degree and cosmetic treatment.

#6  Skid, you dont have a climate change hand job for a governor. State mandate. And then the pricks charge a penny for sales tax. Daughter actually retuned one when a store pissed her off: dumped her crap in the car and took it, sales slip in hand in and got her 9 cents back. And since it was a food store they couldnt reuse it; had to trash it.

#7  ^ Government is a blunt and stupid instrument which is one reason a market economy runs rings around central planning. Regulating grocery bags, fer cripes sake!

In previous prisoner exchanges Israeli/jihadi prisoner exchanges, the exchange ratio was always amusing to me. You could get dozens of Paleos for single Israeli. Just like you can trade a dollar for a dozen carrots at the grocery. You may argue that all lives are equally valuable, but in this case, the market has spoken.
