[ZeroHedge] That Alex Jones is a nationally detested villain for getting a story incorrect (despite apologizing and retracting countless times, something I’ve yet to see CNN, MSNB anchors do for Rittenhouse) and yet most people couldn’t have cared less about Epstein - a man who trafficked thousands of children, purportedly helped to found the Clinton Foundation, and was suicided in the most painfully obvious manner possible - says a lot about banal and shallow values of our culture and how easily our attention can be diverted to meaningless noise.
It’s like…
On one hand you have something that’s kind of bad. Grieving parents get weird voicemails and messages calling them liars (and in one case the n-word despite being white)… OK sure, that’s bad. Did Alex tell them to do that? No. Did Alex apologize and rescind his theory? Yes. OK great let’s stop talking about this!
Then on the other hand you have a pedophile with his own island and more powerful connections than you can count - many of those connections holding legal positions of authority over your life including PRESIDENTS. The trafficking alone is infinitely worse than a couple parents being harassed, not to mention the implications of a compromised government that’s complicit in the trafficking (who are willing to murder to cover their tracks). Can we discuss this rather than demonize the guy who’s been screaming about it since 2008?!?!?
Anyways… God bless Whitney Webb for sticking to true journalism. The entire interview is worth a watch:

"... our calculation does not take into account California businesses that are retaining their headquarters in California but who are making large facility investments in other states, such as Apple and Wells Fargo, who are building large campuses in Texas, and Disney, who is doing the same in Florida."
[Breitbart] Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) remarked on Thursday’s edition of the Breitbart News Daily podcast with host Alex Marlow that manufactured American decline is deliberately imposed by the Democrat Party and the broader left.
Cotton reflected on his latest book, Only the Strong: Reversing the Left’s Plot to Sabotage American Power, in highlighting the left’s broad antipathy to the United States, with particular hostility towards the Constitution’s consecration of human freedoms and commensurate restrictions on and divisions of state power. He linked the left’s ideological contempt for America with national deterioration driven by Democrats.
He stated, "It’s not Joe Biden’s bad luck that he happened to be an office when we have 13 percent inflation or gas at five or even six dollars a gallon in some states. The sense of decline most Americans have is, again, not an accident. It’s not unintentional. It’s decline by design."
That's because it was written by 13 independent states who banded together in an agreement to allow a central government to have only the enumerated powers to allow for conduct among themselves and in their overall interests. The Left only wants centralization and concentration of power of which that Constitution restricts.

I have to wonder if there is anybody legitimately remaining who is so profoundly stupid they cannot recognize socialism as the modern incarnation of feudalism.
Ravage the middle class with taxation and regulation. Create a majority underclass of semi literate dependents all while reserving the spaces at the top for only the 'best' people. 'Best' of course defined in much the same way they define democracy.
Whether it's the slimy Walter Duranty or Hugo Chavez's multi billionaire talentless daughter or everybody's favorite agrarian reformer, Mao living large in the Summer Palace, how many examples do the genuinely stupid require?
The people? They can live on their own toe nail clippings for what the average Leftist cares. Villas, ranches, yachts, and of course private jets are RESERVED.

They WANT a socialist feudalism Cesar and they despise capitalism. That way they can be at the top and lord over everyone and feel good about themselves.
They also are terrified of capitalism because they will have to produce and do something. And they have no skills or brains to do so.

We are on the same side, Darth and I agree completely. That said feudalism in either form only works for a select few at the top.
What I don't understand is the herd of acolytes so anxious to fore swear any hope of a more abundant life. It's not bad education there's too much information available.
It's not an experiment. You don't need to speculate or wonder what happens when a self appointed 'elite' put their expert lap dogs into action. After all, don't you have to Lysenko the situation to find out what happens?
Even mob guys and associates aspire to a an improved future. What does a socialist hope for in this world? We know what the top tier thinks, what about the pathetic, hagged out cheerleaders.

The left has been gnawing away at our cultural institutions as well as our means of production for a long time. Unless those institutions and means of production are re-established, we will become weakened and poorand subject to the dictates of others. We will become subjects or serfs instead of a free people At the same time, we must not lose our moral base. So yeah Cotton is right in that the left has managed our decline by design.
