The Next Generation Is Being Groomed For Destruction – Here's Why They Are Vulnerable
[Alt-Market US] The past week the National Education Association, the largest teachers union in the US, issued guidance on the use of leftist activist symbols in public school classrooms. As part of their advice to teachers, they recommended violating district and state rules and hanging items such as pride flags and BLM flags. This is generally cited as a means to "start a conversation," a way for teachers to circumvent school rules. They might not be able to spend each day spinning lessons on woke concepts, but if a child asks a question about the flags in the room, then they can provide "context."

The NEA has been one of the primary driving forces behind the intrusion of woke ideology into the public school setting. Around 97% of their political fundraising goes towards Democrat candidates. They seem to be obsessed with the grooming of children into the leftist fold with lessons focused on Critical Race Theory, gender fluid propaganda and socialism. If you want to know where the sudden surge in social justice cultism came from in terms of America’s kids, leftist teachers and the NEA are to blame.

Keep in mind that the teachers unions are encouraging their members to break the law and lose their jobs, just to double down on political indoctrination. Contrary to popular belief, teachers do NOT have free speech rights while at work. Woke teachers might fantasize about being Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society fighting against the system, but the the truth is they ARE the system. There are numerous reasons why rules for teacher behavior are necessary.

Narcissistic teachers are parasites that view the classroom as a place where they are owed affirmation. They see the children in their class as a captive audience that they can feed off of to gain attention, admiration and justification. They look down on parents as inferiors and treat students as their own personal puppets for molding and controlling.

In their minds, the kids don’t belong to the parents, the kids belong to "society." Progressive educators see themselves as the benevolent shepherds chosen by the collective to condition the minds of the next generation. Teaching academics is secondary — Manufacturing new leftist recruits is more important to them. This is the hill they have chosen to die on and they will not back away from it. They have made it clear that the targeting of children is their paramount concern.

To be sure, the woke cult is losing steam lately. Even the kids are starting to fight back against it, with the largest spike in conservatism among high school boys that the US has seen in a long time. They are getting fed up. But there is definitely good reasons why leftists are implementing psychological warfare against America’s youth. Lets examine what I feel are the top three...

Related: The Guardian: Are teenage boys in the US becoming more conservative – or more dangerously apathetic?. An internet search yields a bunch of reports on the annual survey that’s the basis of the increased conservatism of high school boys claim. This is just one.

#2  cited as a means to "start a conversation"

Conversations happen when both parties communicate back and forth.

As teachers, the 'conversation' is one-way only towards the students and dissent isn't allowed.

#6  Till the public education system is rebuilt from the ground up, this is its output.

Don't rebuild it. Eventually the same actors will pervert it again. Private schools might cost more but if they don't perform the parents have choices. Just get rid of public schools. The whole paradigm is flawed.

#8  The US public schools system was modeled on the Prussian model whose goal was to produce the next generation of subjects for the Prussian Monarchy ...reasonably happy loyal taxpayers and fodder for the Prussian military state. Private schools are paid for by the parents and meant to produce self-reliant young adults (who can pay back their parent's investment hopefully). Different goals, different methods and different results.

Jason Whitlock on the I Promise School
[Fox Sports] Jason Whitlock: "To no one's surprise, LeBron James' solution for the academic woes of at-risk Akron students is failing. Five years into the well-financed ’I Promise School’, according to news reports not a single 8th grader can pass Ohio's math test, and just 8% of the entire student body can read at an appropriate level.

LeBron James, it appears, is not the second-coming of Joe Clark, the baseball bat carrying school principal immortalized in the movie ’Lean on Me.’ As an educator the NBA superstar has far more in common with Elizabeth Halsey, the gold-digging, pot-smoking, corner-cutting harlot from ’Bad Teacher.’

’I Promise’ is what happens when public relations managers convince a well-intentioned dumb jock to chase Muhammad Ali's legacy by using fame and influence to concoct a utopian vision of middle school for poor kids.

’I Promise’ is a secular liberal fantasy. Taxpayers foot the overwhelming majority of the bill, a celebrity finances the luxuries, and corporate media writes glowing features at the school's launch, and return years later to explain away the failure by reminding everyone the decision makers meant well. ’I Promise’ uses James' money to buy school uniforms, food for families, job placement services for parents, bikes and helmets for each student, Nike-themed decorations inside the building, and very soon-- affordable housing near the school.

In LeBron's mind and the minds of his progressive handlers, a lack of uniforms, food, bikes, affordable housing, and a mother with a high paying job are all that stood in the way of LeBron being an honor roll student in junior high. Five years of ’I Promise’ blows up that myth. America has been throwing money at schools for decades without any discernible progress...

Affordable housing is a poor substitute for dear old dads. How many government and celebrity finance step-daddies, welfare affirmative action social justice initiatives, criminal justice reform, etc. have to fail before we accept God's family design as the solution?

’I Promise’ is the definition of insanity. Only God's promise will work. Only the nuclear family can fix what's wrong in America. There are countless studies proving that intact families with involved dads produce high-achieving kids regardless of economic status or race. LeBron knows this but it's much easier to finance a small percentage of a school than to stand against the liberal matriarchy.

It sounds like I'm picking on LeBron James, I'm not. I used to think the same foolish stuff in my 20s, 30s, and 40s. I did not place a high enough priority on family. I thought money could fix and/or improve everything. I thought responsibility FOR and accountability TO children and a spouse impeded happiness and fulfillment. I thought zip codes and economic status explained achievement gaps.

I was a fool. I was not alone, LeBron James isn't alone either. Most of America, including the American citizens claiming religious faith do not really comprehend the importance of fathers. we give it lip service but we don't really believe it."

#1  Yes, I am not a fan of James, but the underlying ideas of this program are the issue not his sponsorship. If the same money was spent to enroll all those kids in Kumon, the outcome would be much better. Phonics and arithmetic are more effective cures than bike helmets and uniforms. The fatherless is on the Dems not on some NBA bozo.

Government Corruption
Jack Smith May Have Doomed His Case Against Trump
[PJ] Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team has acknowledged they incorrectly claimed that they had submitted all the necessary evidence as mandated by the law in the classified documents case against Donald Trump.

That’s basically a euphemism for getting caught committing prosecutorial misconduct.

Prosecutors "discovered" that a crucial video intended to be presented as evidence had not been appropriately processed and uploaded to the designated platform for the defense to review during the investigation.

This discovery occurred just as they prepared to indict Carlos De Oliveira, the Mar-a-Lago property manager, for his alleged involvement in a conspiracy with Trump to delete surveillance footage from the estate. Trump denies the allegations and says the videos were "handed over to the thugs."

"The Government’s representation at the July 18 hearing that all surveillance footage the Government had obtained pre-indictment had been produced was therefore incorrect," Smith’s team admitted in its recent filing.

When we signed in he asked do you see any attorneys with him in the clerks sign in process and we concluded no. He represented himself. My attorney savaged him with aggressive objections every time he opened his mouth. I won. The trial ended so fast in my favor, lasted only a few minutes, everyone was shocked. Trump's lawyers have GOT to rabid dogs.

#9  I have heard one analyst point out that Smith routinely supersedes indictments which runs up legal bills and denies a speedy trial for defendants. I think he will do this again here. If Trump is elected again, they will try to hamstring his presidency the way they did the first time. This time Trump will fire Smith and all the other clowns they put in his way. It will give Joe Scarborough the vapors. No one will care.

#10  It all depends on your legal help. My brother discovered that his 'dream home' in Memphis TN was actually in a bowl shaped depression. In heavy rains the runoff would go through his garage and out his back yard ...some dream home! His first attorney soaked him for thousands in legal fees and did bupkis. His second attorney told him the unpleasant truth that the developer was shielded by local law and if, IF he won a settlement the payout would be eaten up by legal costs -- assuming the developer didn't just declare bankruptcy and walk. My brother dropped the issue and used the money to pay for landscaping to solve the problem...

Moral of the story: get competent and honest legal help if you can find it -- the game is rigged and you don't want to be the sucker.

10 World Leaders Who Allegedly Jailed Their Political Opponents and Critics
[Ranker] Donald Trump shocked both Republicans and Democrats when he stated during the second presidential debate of 2016 that if he were president, Hillary Clinton would be in jail. "If I win, I am going to instruct my Attorney General to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation," Trump said, referring to Clinton's email scandal. When Clinton later remarked that it's "awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country," Trump fired back: "Because you’d be in jail."

While vowing to imprison a political opponent during a debate may be unprecedented in American politics, actually imprisoning political opponents is something that happens in authoritarian regimes with relative frequency. Politicians who jailed their opponents and critics include dictators and democratically elected presidents from around the globe. World leaders who jailed political opponents don't typically admit it, of course, but organizations such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and even the United Nations make strong cases that these corrupt practices occur, spurring other nations to sometimes intervene to try to rescue political prisoners.

Biden Border Policies Open Loopholes For Human Traffickers, Insiders Say
[ZERO] As "Sound of Freedom" continues to push conversations of child sex trafficking further into the American zeitgeist, insiders and experts say President Joe Biden's border policies are helping facilitate the burgeoning child sex trafficking industry.

Released July 4, "Sound of Freedom" grossed $14 million, becoming the number one film in America.

According to a July 28 press release, national box office sales for "Sound of Freedom" surged past $130 million. The film will soon be released internationally.

The movie is based on the true story of Tim Ballard, a federal agent who rescued a young boy from child traffickers and sets off on a dangerous mission to save the boy's sister, who is still being held captive.

While some have attacked the film's credibility, dismissing the story as being based on QAnon "adrenochrome conspiracy" theories that rely on "tired Hollywood tropes," others are comparing the story to what happened on the island owned by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. Many are wondering why none of the high-profile customers of Mr. Epstein have been arrested. Controversy regarding his alleged prison cell suicide is still the topic of news headlines and social media chatter.

As reported by child welfare nonprofit Save the Children, "Child trafficking affects every country in the world." Nearly 30 percent of all human trafficking victims worldwide are children, and most are girls. Many victims are trafficked by someone they know, such as a family member.

Despite the myth that trafficking occurs primarily in developing countries, Save the Children alleges that "the United States is one of the most active sex trafficking countries in the world."

Vivek Ramaswamy Says He Doesn't Believe Government 'Has Told The Truth' About 9/11
[PJ] GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said Wednesday that he is skeptical of the government’s description of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

BlazeTV’s Alex Stein asked Ramaswamy whether 9/11 was an inside job.

"I don’t believe the government has told us the truth," Ramaswamy replied. "Again, I’m driven by evidence and data. What I’ve seen in the last several years is we have to be skeptical of what the government does tell us."

"I haven’t seen evidence to the contrary, but do I believe everything the government told us about it? Absolutely not. Do I believe the 9/11 Commission? Absolutely not," he added.

"Yeah, 9/11 Commission lied," Stein agreed.
Ramaswamy's skepticism is shared by many.
Ramaswamy later clarified that he doesn’t believe the U.S. was involved in the attacks. He agreed that Al-Qaeda was the main architect of 9/11.

“Do I believe our government has been completely forthright about 9/11? No. Al-Qaeda clearly planned and executed the attacks, but we have never fully addressed who knew what in the Saudi government about it. We *can* handle the TRUTH,” the GOP presidential candidate tweeted.
Whew! I was afraid he was one of the nutty 9/11 denialists going on about how steel beams don’t melt.

During lunch with Biden, Obama shared ‘fears’ about Trump’s political power and made a promise to Joe…
[RevolverNews] Many political pundits find it hard to believe that the unsuccessful and unpopular Joe Biden will end up as the DNC candidate for 2024. Despite supposedly running a "campaign" at present, hardly anyone seems to care, and the majority of his party doesn’t want him to run. Beyond those challenges, Joe’s biggest problems are the scandals piling up around him and his crackhead son. The severity of these scandals has led many experts to believe they might ultimately sink his 2024 bid. Meanwhile, Obama, who many believe is the shadow president pulling Joe’s strings, is keeping up political appearances and assuring Joe of his support for re-election. At the same time, Obama shares genuine concerns about President Trump’s soaring popularity.

Washington Post:

Former president Barack Obama, at a private lunch with President Biden earlier this summer, voiced concern about Donald Trump’s political strengths — including an intensely loyal following, a Trump-friendly conservative media ecosystem and a polarized country — underlining his worry that Trump could be a more formidable candidate than many Democrats realize.

Apparently, this was nothing more than a casual get-together between two "friends." However, it’s widely known that Obama can’t stand bumbling Joe Biden, and one would think that after the recent death of his personal chef on his property, Obama would have better things to do than shoot the sh*t with a man who can’t finish his own sentences. The WAPO piece continues.

At the lunch, held in late June in the White House residence, Obama promised to do all he could to help the president get reelected, according to two people familiar with the meeting, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversation.

That commitment was a welcome gesture for the White House at a time when Biden is eager to lock down promises of help from top Democrats, among whom Obama is easily the biggest star, for what is likely to be a hard-fought reelection race. The contents of the private conversation have not been previously reported.

Obama was visiting the White House for what Biden aides described as a regular catch-up between the two men who served in the White House together for eight years. During their lunch, Obama made it clear his concerns were not about Biden’s political abilities, but rather a recognition of Trump’s iron grip on the Republican Party, according to the people.

Obviously, Trump’s popularity is a major concern, especially for puppet masters like Obama, who are likely knee-deep in the plot to imprison President Trump for the rest of his life. Surprisingly, the more they indict him, the higher his popularity soars. It’s likely that Obama is watching this situation unfold, thinking, "We’re gonna to need a helluva lot more mail-in ballots."

I don’t write about it because it’s not my lane," Samuels continued. Home Front: Politix
The USA's Turn toward Communism
[American Thinker] A truly evil cabal has taken control of the Democrats. It took effect when the pact between the Sen. Joe Biden camp and the Sen. Bernie Sanders camp was signed in July 2020. The pact was a 110-page position paper on many national issues of concern to both men. Although Bernie had caucused with Democrats in the Senate for years, he was elected to office in Vermont under the rubric of "Democratic Socialist." He usually justified that rubric as not being "communist" because he said he was a "non-authoritarian socialist" (sic). This clever manipulation of language could not, however, hide the reality that his lifelong views were derived from Marxist critiques of capitalism. His bombastic rhetoric was largely taken from the Marxist playbook of criticisms of capitalistic Western culture. And, in fact, when Sen. Sanders married in the 1980s, he and his wife honeymooned in the USSR.

Compare Biden's willingly uniting with Sanders with Harry Truman's wing of the Dems that refused to ally itself with the Henry Wallace wing of the Democrats in 1948. Henry Wallace was an eccentric Democrat who had served as the secretary of agriculture under Pres. Roosevelt, and as V.P. during most of WWII. However, his excessive sympathy for Josef Stalin and the communist rule of the USSR created considerable suspicion among the Democrat Senate leadership, and FDR replaced Henry Wallace with Harry S. Truman as his V.P. in the election of 1944. FDR won that election and died the next year, and Truman became president of the USA.

Truman did not try to conform with Wallace in 1948 and did not try to "build bridges" with him, either. Wallace instead ran against Truman as the Progressive Party candidate for president, resurrecting the name of the party from the earlier movements by that name in both the Democrat and Republican Parties in the early 20th century.

Wallace's use of the term "progressive" was intended to deflect against legitimate concerns that he was a stooge for the U.S. Communist Party. The platform of the Progressive Party had statements that certainly stoked this concern. The platform said, "If peace is to be achieved, capitalist United States and communist Russia must establish good relations and work together." Another statement that appeared in the Progressive platform stated, "The move to outlaw the Communist Party is a decisive step in their assault on the democratic rights of labor, of nations, racial, and political minorities." And lastly, the Democrat decision to rebuild West Germany as a bulwark against communism was distorted to state, "The use of the Marshall Plan to rebuild Nazi Germany [sic] has a war basis ... [and is intended] to subjugate the economies of other European countries to American big business." Thus, our legitimate concerns about the ideological and military expansion of the USSR was distorted by Wallace's naive leftist vision.

Truman, in a surprise victory, defeated Thomas Dewey, the Republican candidate for president, and Wallace received less than 3% of the votes cast.

#1  It's an aberrant version. The original template was for the working class to form the core of the movement. Here its the limousine and parasite classes that are the core of the party.

#3  In the reality with the incoming total breakdown of the economic and political systems in the US there are opportunities for a mass anti government anti war, anti capitalist movement that have not been seen in generations. The seditious civil servants are using psychological media tactics to program pessimism in the population for just this reason.

Darth Bolton warns that prosecuting Trump is like playing 'Russian roulette' ‐ and it could backfire big time
[BLAZE] Republican John Bolton warned Thursday that sending former President Donald Trump to trial is a "form of Russian roulette" that may backfire in a big way.

On Thursday, Trump was arraigned in federal court on four new criminal charges: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. Trump pleaded not guilty.

While a court date has not yet been set for trial, Bolton told CNN anchor Jake Tapper that prosecuting the former president is risky — no matter how you cut it.

"I think it's the right thing to do, but it is a modified form of Russian roulette," Bolton declared.

"If Trump is convicted in one or both of the federal cases, I think that will turn things upside down. I think he could be denied the Republican nomination. He'd certainly lose the election," he continued. "But if he is acquitted or a hung jury results, which I think would be understood by most people as being the equivalent of acquittal, I think he would get the Republican nomination, and he could quite possibly win the election on the back of that."

#2  John Bolton is advising them that their policy is dangerously extreme. John should have rocked a Fu Manchu while he voiced this opinion so that we would all know we have ported to an opposite universe.

Will Insurance Costs Derail The EV Revolution?
[ZERO] Four hundred ninety-eight electric vehicles (EVs) and over 3,200 other vehicles, including 350 Mercedes Benzes, were bound for Egypt on the Fremantle Highway when one or more of the EVs caught fire, costing at least one seaman his life and injuring several others. Curiously, the Dutch coast guard had initially reported that only 25 of the vehicles were battery-electric models.

At last report, the Dutch coast guard admitted that it has been unable to put out the fire and that the ship has taken on water and is "listing" and on a trajectory toward a capsize. Should the ship sink, the total loss would also threaten the Frisian island of Ameland, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to over 10,000 aquatic and terrestrial species and located near one of the world’s most important migratory-bird habitats.

On a global scale, of course, 3,000 vehicles are but a drop in the bucket, and in insurance terms, the loss of one 18,500—ton transport ship and one human life (all the wounded are expected to survive, despite broken bones, burns, and respiratory problems) is only so much. To compute a total cost, the ecological devastation would also have to be factored in, along with the cost of rescue, firefighting, and salvage operations.

But all in all, this was a freak accident, a one-off. This stuff never happens. Right?

Actually, it does. Just a year ago, the "Felicity Ace" sank as it was being towed from the site where 13 days earlier a fire had broken out on board. That ship, too, was transporting EVs and internal-combustion vehicles — including 15 Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae supercars valued at half a million dollars apiece. Also lost were 1,117 Porches, 1,944 Audis, 561 Volkswagens, 189 Bentleys, and 70 other Lamborghinis.

And just a month ago, two firefighters died battling flames that broke out on another roll-on, roll-off (RORO) cargo ship docked at Port Newark in New Jersey. Firefighters arrived at the scene when just five to seven vehicles on the 10th floor of the ship were on fire, but the fire quickly spread to the 11th and 12th floors.

One commenter explained that on a RORO ship, vehicles are chain-shackled on all four wheels to the deck, creating trip hazards for firefighters. There are multiple decks, ramps, ladders, confined spaces, low overhead, and solid metal all around (like a gigantic oven). Fighting such fires is a very dangerous challenge, even if the deck plan of the ship is well known.

The port authority assured reporters that no EVs numbered among the 5,000 vehicles (bound for Africa) on board, but just imagine if the fire had begun with the ship far out at sea. Or imagine the horror should an EV fire break out on a ferry boat carrying hundreds of vehicles and thousands of passengers? Or in an underground parking garage in a New York high-rise?

Olivia Murray notes that automakers have largely replaced steel and metal with plastic, and that a huge fire could unleash immeasurable quantities of synthetic chemicals into the atmosphere from the burning plastic. A total capsize would send millions of pounds of debris and spilled motor oil (from the non-EV autos) to the sea floor along with any toxic flame retardants. The impact on sensitive marine life would not be known for years.

Even at $80,000 per vehicle (a low number, perhaps), the insurance loss for the nearly 4,000 vehicles on the "Felicity Ace" alone would be $320 million — and this does not include the loss to end-buyers of the opportunity to drive a vehicle that they may have already purchased.

But massive fires are not the only insurance concern with EVs. The New York Times recently reported the sad story of a Rivian owner whose electric pickup truck was involved in what would normally be considered "a minor fender bender." The owner’s insurance company gladly offered to pay about $1,600 for the repairs, but the certified repair shop produced a bill for $42,000 — about half the cost of the vehicle.

The Times reporter explained: "A key reason is that the accident damaged a sleek panel that extends from the truck’s rear to front roof pillars." To repair and repaint the vehicle, mechanics had to remove the interior ceiling material (the headliner) and the front windshield. Indeed, the State of New York’s consumer guide for auto insurance lists many models as "difficult-to-insure vehicles" simply because they are electric.

But that’s still better than the news reported in March that insurance companies are having to write off EVs with just a few miles — leading to higher premiums — because of the many EVs for which there is no way to repair or assess even slightly damaged battery packs after accidents. EV battery packs are ending up in junkyards in multiple countries.

#1  The EV is a veritable green totem. It's ironic that the core of the vehicle - it's battery - has been made with no serious thought whatsoever to recycling.

#3  Tech Crunch - The first Tesla ‘range inflation’ lawsuit has been filed

Several Tesla owners have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. automaker over allegations of consumer fraud a week after a Reuters investigation found the company had exaggerated the range estimates of its EVs for years.

The proposed class action lawsuit, Porter et al v. Tesla, Inc., was filed August 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Law firm Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman is representing the Tesla owners in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges Tesla violated state consumer fraud statutes when it falsely advertised the range of its electric vehicles. Lawyers representing the owners said that Tesla “grossly overvalued” the range — which is the estimated distance a vehicle can travel on a single battery charge — when selling the vehicles to consumers.
