This was apparently part of the recent split decision by the court to allow the state of Wisconsin to carry through on recently legislated severe limitation of state/public union relationships. Details so far available are the usual he said/she said b.s. Unfortunately 6 of the 7 state justices were present for the incident, which means there will be 14 or so bits of testimony to sort through. If we're lucky, someone one the scene made a video, but I doubt it. The initial 'leak' was to Wisconsin Public Radio and the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism in a typical back door media smear operation. Of course no charges have been filed nor have police reports been made. Read article for details.

Tell me again why repealing the 17th Amendment is such a good idea? This is what you'll go back to, hack appoints without any chance of choice.
Obama administration officials are recruiting a team of mystery shoppers to pose as patients, call doctors offices and request appointments.
According to government documents obtained from Obama administration officials, the mystery shoppers will call medical practices and ask if doctors are accepting new patients and, if so, how long the wait would be. The government is eager to know whether doctors give different answers to callers depending on whether they have public insurance, like Medicaid, or private insurance, like Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Dr. George J. Petruncio, a family doctor in Turnersville, N.J., said: This is not a way to build trust in government. Why should I trust someone who does not correctly identify himself? Doctor's office need to screen the callers better, ask every one "Are you working for the government? Are you a genuine patient or a stealth caller?" Ever since the Emancipation Proclamation, it's been hard to get good cheap help. The Mass. Med. Society found a slight majority of internists & family physicians not accepting new patients. This new Obama initiative should push that figure much higher.

Doctor's office need to screen the callers better...
Watching COPS etc, the first question out of a working girl's mouth is "Are you law enforcement?". We're certainly in the proverbial toilet when our medical practitioners have to ask the same question. So much for 'consenting adults'. /sarc
I had a full meal deal at one point, dentist couldn't wait to see me, got charged out the enamal. I would bet my jaw that out of all the people in the waiting room I was the only one not only with insurance but who would pay. No wonder in my mind why I got the red carpet and experimental techniques, had to make up that lost revenue.
A new enforcement memo handed down by the director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week has some accusing the White House of running around Congress to implement the DREAM Act and consequent amnesty for some illegal immigrants by executive fiat.
The new memo, penned by ICE Director John Morton, directs ICE agents, attorneys and directors to exercise prosecutorial discretion meaning less likelihood of deportation for illegal aliens who have been students in the U.S., who have been in the country since childhood or who have served in the American military.

This should be an impeachable offense. Obama, no matter who he thinks he is, does not have the right to pick an choose which laws he is sworn to uphold. He should be compelled to enforce the law and if he doesn't he should be compelled to resign.

Next thing you know he will try dispaching his stormtroopers (SEIU) to polling places to insure that there are no Identification or Registration checks - and that everybody gets the necessary 'assistance' to vote [the correct way].
Been there...done that only it was the Black Panthers along with SEIU.
The idiot has even lost Oprah's endorsement...how low can you go? He's toast but like any cornered animal..he can do a lot of damage on the way down...not that he hasn't already...

Okay, so he's been punchin' chunks in the hereafter for a year now. Back on Earth it will still be a hundred years before his name is finally stricken off all the innumerable federal temples, backhouses and knocking shops on which it is inscribed.
