170+ Suspicious Activity Reports on $ traced to Biden Crime Family
[ZeroHedge] BREAKING🚨 Rep. James Comer says six banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, submitted over 170 suspicious activity reports to the Treasury Department regarding the Biden family, alleging their involvement in money laundering, human trafficking, and tax fraud.

The American banks also raised concerns about wire transfers received by the Bidens from foreign state-owned entities, notably from the Chinese government, allegedly for the purpose of money laundering and tax evasion.

The foreign wires were found to be directed towards Biden's business associates before being funneled through 20 shell companies associated with the Bidens. Subsequently, the funds were distributed among various Biden family members.
And Devon Archer testifies under oath today. Personally, I wish this had happened either before the 2022 elections or a few months from now to maximize effect on 2024 elections.

#1  Joe Biden spent most of his life working with legislation. Hunter and Joe are both lawyers. You would think that they could craft a “business” strategy that wouldn’t trigger federal law enforcement statues thousands of time.

#2  Super hose

Joe Biden did work with legislation but only as a chief, not as a worker bee. All he knew to do was to tell people 'I want this... I want that' and then take credit for a well crafted product.

Hunter is a lawyer by training but by inclination he is a slacker.

#8  The House Oversight committee has a website with a huge amount of info about the various shell companies that dispersed funds, the individuals receiving the funds, redacted communications, etc.

The committee is continuing to gather info and place it in the public record.

The staff has done a good job so far given the tardy and incomplete cooperation of the DOJ and DOTreasury.

Especially good job by the chair James Comer of KY. Amusingly, the ranking Dem member is Jamie Raskin (MD) and the vice ranking Dem member is none other than AOC.

Biden admin torched for banning incandescent light bulbs: 'So much for getting govt. out of our homes'
Any made in the USA?
[FoxNews] The new efficiency standards, which effectively ban incandescent bulbs, takes effect Aug. 1.

The Republican House can save one of life's basics.

Just months after a proposed gas stove ban sparked a fiery reaction from consumers and business owners, the Biden administration's ban on another common household product has lit up critics on social media.

The Biden administration announced at the end of 2022 that retailers would soon be prohibited from selling incandescent and halogen light bulbs as part of the Department of Energy's new energy efficiency standards. A DOE official said the change to LED bulbs would save consumers money on their energy bill and "accelerate our progress toward net-zero carbon emissions."

But as the ban takes effect this week, critics attacked the new regulations as another example of government overreach.

"This is just plain stupid. I have LED but the government has no place telling us what kind of light bulb we can buy. States should immediately refuse compliance with this ridiculous government overreach," Robby Starbuck, a former Republican candidate for Congress in Nashville, Tennessee, tweeted.

"If you like your incandescent bulbs & gas stoves you can keep your incandescent bulbs & gas stoves," Grabien Media founder Tom Elliott remarked, alluding to the infamous comment by former President Obama about the Affordable Care Act.

"It’s impossible for Democrats to leave us alone. States must fight back," Congressman Bob Good, R-Va., tweeted.

Some Twitter users questioned the financial impact the push to more energy-efficient bulbs would have on consumers still dealing with high costs from inflation.

"The Biden administration's ban on incandescent light bulbs goes into effect on Tuesday, forcing everyone to purchase more expensive, energy-efficient bulbs such as LED and fluorescent. So much for getting government out of our homes and lives," Sarah Fields, President and Director of Advocacy for the Texas Freedom Coalition said.

"They wonder where inflation comes from, like it’s a mystery," Jeff Clark, a former DOJ official under President Trump, tweeted.

Others were puzzled by the Biden administration's priorities.

"Later this week the Biden administration will continue allowing illegal aliens to invade our country, but will stop Americans from buying incandescent light bulbs," Michael Quinn Sullivan, conservative journalist for Texas Scorecard, tweeted.

Jon Feere, Director of Investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies, called the ban "anti-human and pro-China."

"Most LED bulbs are limited spectrum trash and don't produce colors of sunlight to which the human eye is adapted; incandescent bulbs largely can," he remarked.

While the Department of Energy (DOE) estimates the new energy regulations could save the average American family "at least $100 annually," the rule change could also put a costly burden on manufacturers.

"In order to bring products into compliance with new and amended standards, it is estimated that the industry would incur total conversion costs of $407 million," the DOE's draft rule said.

A Department of Energy official referred Fox News Digital to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm's statement from last year on the rule change.

"By raising energy efficiency standards for lightbulbs, we’re putting $3 billion back in the pockets of American consumers every year and substantially reducing domestic carbon emissions," Granholm said in April of 2022. "The lighting industry is already embracing more energy efficient products, and this measure will accelerate progress to deliver the best products to American consumers and build a better and brighter future."

...DC becoming a state would result in something that makes California look downright Goldwater conservative.

There's another thing to keep in mind as well - a DC state would be a one-party state with an army in the form of the DCNG. And you gotta believe that there are Dems out there literally salivating at the thought of being able to surround a GOP-controlled White House or Capitol with Democratic Party controlled guns, or blocking access to those structures.

Congress pressing IRS for answers on 30 million destroyed documents
So, 30M voters that can't be verified?
[JustTheNews] Lawmakers seeking a 2021 document explaining why the documents were destroyed.

Lawmakers are looking for answers on the destruction of 30 million tax documents by the Internal Revenue Service in March 2021.

Reps. David Schweikert, R-Ariz., and Jason Smith, R-Mo., of the House Ways and Means Committee, wrote a letter to IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel this week asking for the memorandum that explained the recommendation for the "unprocessed, paper-filed informational returns."

"Let's say, you know, it's a couple years from now and you need to go back and say, 'I need to get copies of what I filed.' It doesn't exist anymore," Schweikert told The Center Square. "I need to make sure that we want to do an amended form or we want, you know, all sorts of things that these tax records are used for and they don't exist anymore.

"And we've never been able to get a satisfactory answer from the IRS of why this was done was done, and is that policy that allowed it to happen? Is there a way to make sure this never happens again?"

When asked if the documents were primarily from individuals or from companies, the congressman said that it is likely ones impacting individuals.

"We've been told that was mostly sort of residential, but that when you're talking, you know, that many potentially millions of individual documents, we're trying to get a much better understanding of what is it," he said.

The committee is looking for the memo by August 8, but the tax agency has not complied with previous requests for additional information. For example, the committee asked for the memo on May 17, 2022, but the IRS said on May 18, 2022, it would be too risky and declined to provide it, according to the letter.

A major goal of seeing the memo is to better understand not only what documents were destroyed but also why.

"This is one, we sort of wait till we get sort of the formal response back with a lot more explanation. Instead of an explanation saying, "Oh, we screwed up, we're sorry." It's okay. You screwed up. You're sorry. I understand that. Now walk us through what it was, why it was, and how we make sure this never happens again, and then also how do we indemnify all the taxpayers whose documents have now disappeared," Schweikert said.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker Signs Law Allowing DACA Illegal Aliens to Police Americans
[Breitbart] Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) has signed into law a plan that allows foreign nationals with work permits, some of whom are illegal aliens, to become police officers in the sanctuary state.

Democrat legislators, with a supermajority in the Illinois House and Senate, passed legislation in June that opens law enforcement jobs to thousands of illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program as well as thousands of other foreign nationals with work permits from the federal government.

“… an individual against whom immigration action has been deferred by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services under the federal DACA process is allowed to apply for the position of police officer, deputy sheriff, or special policeman, subject to specified requirements,” a summary of the legislation states.

Late last week, Pritzker signed the legislation into law which takes effect immediately.

In the sanctuary state of California, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has made it possible for illegal aliens to become police officers on the local, county, and state levels.

The law, implemented earlier this year, requires only that officers have a work permit issued by the federal government. Work permits, specifically under President Joe Biden’s administration, are given out regularly to border crossers and illegal aliens released into the United States after crossing the southern border.

re: Comcast - you as a user are gouged not just by Comcast but the open broadcast television stations who Congress granted the right to basically tax the service. Open broadcast didn't cost because it made its money from commercials. Somehow it survived. It did so on licenses it pays very little on from the government. However, as cable and satellite engaged in rebroadcasting the signal they sought more revenue even through the actual broadcast was paid for. Hey, those paying for the commercials got an expanded audience. So our corrupt representatives granted them the tax in return for, you know, campaign contributions.
