Interesting too is that the Crocus Center has a Police Station incorporated into it, supposedly fully staffed and armed at the time.
Also videos from inside the venue show armed security guards bugging out along with the concert goers when the shooting started. Witnesses also note seeing FSB types with AK's at the doorways prior to the concert.
