Fire-breathing robot dog that can torch anything in its path goes on sale in the US
[Yahoo] A flame-throwing robotic dog has been invented by a company in the United States that is capable of delivering "on-demand fire anywhere".

Called the Thermonator, the remote-controlled device is for sale online priced $9,420 (£7,600).

Designed by Ohio-based firm Throwflame, the robot is not advertised as a weapon, with the manufacturer suggesting possible uses include wildlife control, snow and ice removal and general entertainment.

It has the power to shoot 30ft jets of fire and also uses its laser sight, flashlight and light-sensitive mapping capabilities to operate at night.

Footage of the canine posted on the company’s website shows it scurrying and leaping across a variety of terrain, from woodland to snow, while shooting out streams of fire.

Weighing in at 2st 9lb, and under one square foot in diameter, the robot can be controlled remotely via Wi-Fi or bluetooth and has a battery life of up to one hour.

Similar to drones used on the battlefield in Ukraine, the first-person viewrobot provides a video feed, which enables users to control it from their phone.
There is no way I can see this going completely wrong.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Israel builds tent city and prepares to evacuate million Palestinians
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] New satellite images appear to show Israel building an enormous tent city as it prepares to evacuate the more than one million Palestinians who have sought refuge in Rafah, the last standing city in the Gaza Strip. Photos from satellite imaging company Planet Labs show a marked build up of tents in a uniform pattern near Khan Younis, which has largely been levelled during the bloody invasion of the Gaza Strip by Israel's military.

The photos, taken three days apart on April 18 and April 21 respectively, show white structures being built up significantly over a short period of time. Israel has said several times that it plans to evacuate displaced civilians from Rafah ahead of a six-week military operation that will likely begin in May.

Egyptian officials told the Wall Street Journal that the first few weeks will be dedicated to evacuating refugees to Khan Younis and other areas equipped with shelters and medical facilities. The preparations come as the US says that Hamas is gearing up for a 'full-scale regional war.'

State Department spokesperson Matt Miller said that Hamas was 'moving the goalposts' in hostage and ceasefire negotiations, adding that the terror group declined a 'very significant proposal', though did not specify what this was. He said: 'It certainly does seem like Hamas is more interested in a full-scale regional war. It takes two to make an agreement, and right now Hamas has signalled that they don't want an agreement.' Miller urged Hamas to stay at the table, telling the group the ball was 'in their court.'

Around 80% of the territory's population have fled to other parts of the besieged coastal enclave. The US House of Representatives approved a $26 billion aid package on Saturday that includes around $9 billion in humanitarian assistance for Gaza, which experts say is on the brink of famine, as well as billions for Israel. The US Senate could pass the package as soon as Tuesday, and President Joe Biden has promised to sign it immediately.

Update from the Times of Israel at 4:50 p.m. ET:
US State Department: ‘We don’t want to see Palestinians evacuated from Rafah unless they’re going home’

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller says, "We don’t want to see Paleostinians evacuated from Rafah unless it is to return to their homes."

The Biden administration has repeatedly expressed its opposition to a mass IDF invasion of Rafah, though this language from the State Department appears new.

"We don’t think there’s any effective way to evacuate 1.4 million Paleostinians. There’s no way to conduct an operation in Rafah that would not lead to inordinate civilian harm and severely hamper the delivery of humanitarian assistance," Miller says.

At other times, US officials have indicated that they’d be prepared to accept an IDF offensive in Rafah if Israel did manage to safely evacuate the civilians there and care for their humanitarian needs. In his latest comments, Miller rejects the notion of any possibility that the US could support a major Rafah invasion.

"We do want to see people able to leave Rafah to return to their homes — if they exist — and to their neighborhoods and to begin rebuilding their homes. We want to see the Paleostinian people in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
start to restart their lives and rebuild their lives and ultimately bring this conflict to a close," he says.

More from the Times of Israel:
Report: Rafah operation will take 6 weeks, including Gaza civilian evacuation

The Israel Defense Forces is gearing up to evacuate Paleostinian civilians from Gazoo’s southernmost city in Rafah ahead of its planned offensive there, according to Israeli and Egyptian officials quoted by the Wall Street Journal.

Egyptian officials briefed on Israeli plans are quoted as saying that the first two to three weeks of the operation will consist of evacuating civilians, in coordination with the US, Egypt and other Arab countries.

The evacuation will reportedly involve moving civilians to the nearby city of Khan Younis, among other areas, and setting up shelters with tents, food and medical facilities.

After that, the IDF will gradually move troops into Rafah and target "areas where Israel believes Hamas
...not a terrorist organization, even though it kidnaps people, holds hostages, and tries to negotiate by executing them,...
leaders and fighters are hiding," the officials say.

Israel has said Rafah, where four of Hamas’s 24 battalions are deployed, remains Hamas’s last major stronghold in the Strip after the IDF operated in the north and center of the Paleostinian enclave.

The Egyptian officials say fighting in Rafah is expected to last at least six weeks, according to the report, though timing "remains uncertain."

An Israeli security official quoted in the report says that the IDF will "have a very tight operational plan because it’s very complex there."

As well as destroying the remaining four Hamas battalions believed to be hiding in Rafah, Israel believes that many of the remaining 129 hostages kidnapped in the terror group’s October 7 massacre are being held in the southern Gaza city.

AOC Praises ‘Peaceful' Anti-Israel Protesters Causing Chaos On Ivy League Campuses
[Daily Caller] Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez praised the "peaceful" anti-Israel protesters causing chaos on Ivy League campuses during a Monday event celebrating Earth Day.

Students across Ivy League campuses have launched chaotic protests against the Israel-Hamas war, leading to arrests and clashes between protesters and law enforcement. Police arrested over 40 pro-Palestinian protesters at Yale University Sunday after they refused to disband their encampment on campus. Over 100 were taken into custody at Columbia University during Thursday’s demonstration, the New York Post reported.

"It is especially important that we remember the power of young people shaping this country today, of all days, as we once again witness the leadership of those peaceful, student-led protests on campuses like Columbia, Yale, Berkeley and many others," Ocasio-Cortez said.

Elite schools turning into Hamas University as antisemitism runs rampant
[NYP] The United States’ top institutions and assets for higher education are being lost to extremists.

At the University of Pennsylvania, we are no longer known as the birthplace of the mRNA vaccine or the computer. Any quick Google search over the past six months will find that our university has been overrun by extremists who hate America, hate Israel and hate Jews.

Columbia University has devolved from the birthplace of more than 100 Nobel laureates to a war zone where Jewish students have been advised to go home.

Students across the country glorify the first woman to hijack an airplane, Leila Khaled, rather than the women who graduated from their own universities.

Students and faculty are at the center of this unfortunate fall from grace.

On Oct. 7, while Hamas was brutally murdering, raping and kidnapping innocent civilians in southern Israel, Penn professor Huda Fakhreddine tweeted in Arabic: "while we were asleep, Palestine reinvented a new way of life" and reposted "armed struggle by the Palestinian resistance against the occupier is legal under international law."

From the Times of Israel yesterday:
Pro-Israel professor denied entry to Columbia University campus: ‘This is 1938’

An Israeli assistant professor at Columbia University’s business school has been denied entry to the main campus, according to posts on social media, amid a week of tense anti-Israel, pro-Paleostinian protests.

In a post on X, formerly, Twitter, Shai Davidai says the reason he was refused entry to campus was because the university "cannot protect my safety as a Jewish professor."

"This is 1938," he adds, referring to the dismissal of Jewish staff from universities in Nazi Germany in the years leading up to the Holocaust.

In video footage of a confrontation between Davidai and Columbia University COO Cas Holloway, the assistant professor claims he is being denied entry because of his Jewish identity.

"I have not just a civil right as a Jewish person to be on campus, I have a right as a professor employed by the university to be on campus," he says.

"You cannot let people that support Hamas
...a regional Iranian catspaw,...
on campus and me, a professor, not go on campus," he can be heard saying in the video.

Davidai broke into public view in the weeks after Hamas’s October 7 massacre in southern Israel, which triggered widespread anti-Israel protests on college campuses, when a video of an impassioned speech he gave went viral.

Since then, he has emerged as a leading voice criticizing universities for permitting anti-Israel sentiment to flourish and bleed into antisemitism.

The incident follows antisemitic and anti-Israel incidents at the New York City university which sparked a rabbi linked to the Columbia to urge Jewish students yesterday to remain at home.

US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing...
has blasted the "blatant antisemitism" during the protests on campus.
Blasting the behaviours out of one side of his mouth while enabling them with both hands. They aren’t fooling anyone anymore.

‘Too Little, Too Late': Congress' $60 Billion Aid Package Won't Get Ukraine Off The Ropes, Experts Say
[Daily Caller] Congress’ new $60 billion aid package is unlikely to move the needle in Ukraine’s war against Russia, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The inevitable Nurmagoedov take-down and cage pounding.
The House overwhelmingly voted to pass the $60.8 billion package on Saturday that aims to bolster Ukraine’s war effort and replenish U.S. stockpiles, and the Pentagon is reportedly quickly sketching up a plan to deliver Kyiv tactical vehicles, armored personnel carriers and missiles if the bill is ultimately signed off on by President Joe Biden, according to Politico. But given the lack of an endgame strategy to end the war and Ukraine’s failed counteroffensive in the face of a growing Russian military, the aid could help bolster Kyiv’s defenses for a while, but is unlikely to push it closer to a military victory, former U.S. officials and defense experts told the DCNF. (RELATED: House Bursts Into Pro-Ukraine Chant During Foreign Aid Vote)

"By itself, the latest tranche of U.S. aid is not zero-sum and it’s hard to imagine it will prompt a turning point in the war. However, if used properly the funds should be helpful for a period of time," Michael Bars, former White House senior communications advisor and National Security Council official, told the DCNF. "It’s disappointing that another $60 billion went out the door without a penny for U.S. border enforcement, on which the Speaker long-conditioned additional Ukraine aid."

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, who helped spearhead the bill’s creation and passing, previously insisted that any future Ukraine aid needed to be tied to border security. Johnson ultimately discarded that idea and helped pass the Ukraine bill separately, provoking ire from several GOP lawmakers.

Government Corruption
Biden Administration Declares That Criminal Background Checks Are Racist Against Black People
[WIRE] Here’s a statistic that, if you have a job in corporate America, may be the single least surprising piece of information you’ll hear all year.

It turns out that every single one of the Fortune 100 companies — 100% of them — has made a public commitment to DEI on their website. There isn’t a single outlier in the top 100 companies in this country. Chris Rufo looked into this, and he found that they all have a stock DEI page. Whether you go to Amazon or Target or Dell or Verizon or Home Depot, or banks or insurance companies or anywhere else, you’ll find the same platitudes — boilerplate about the importance of the alphabet people, parental leave for birthing folks, outreach to historically black colleges, and so on.

This total uniformity took hold relatively quickly, within just the last few years. Publicly, the explanation for this change is that all of these companies are suddenly very concerned about racial justice. They’re upset about George Floyd and so on. But privately, there’s another very clear reason for it. The leadership of all of these companies understand very well that if they stop practicing DEI — if they, say, start hiring all of their employees based on merit instead of skin color — then the federal government will try to destroy them.

Home Front: WoT
War By Affirmative Action?
[AmericanGreatness] Why does Biden play Iranian poker with American and Israeli lives?

Answer? He envisions war sort of like affirmative action, in which the less accomplished belligerent is allowed all sorts of concessions for the sake of equity.

Israeli and American military capability, and particularly their missile defenses, are seen as unfair, almost like high achievers’ top SAT scores that are seen as unearned and used to privilege some over others and therefore must be countered or dropped.

Given Iran’s and its surrogates’ incompetence, the administration, then, must extend the theocracy some allowances "to level the playing field." Biden does not believe in an equality of opportunity in war, when an aggressor does its best to attack or indeed destroy a defender, who in turn does its own best to retaliate and achieve victory.

Hezbollah senior operative Mohammad Khalil Atiyeh is now Tango Uniform
[Ynet] Terror group confirms death of Mohammad Khalil Atiyeh, a high-ranking member of Hezbollah's elite Radwan force, according to Lebanese media; 1 dead in strike on car north of Tyre.

The IDF reported on Monday that it struck two military buildings in southern Lebanon's Arzoun and Odaisseh in which Hezbollah terrorists operated.

The army added that IDF forces had earlier struck to neutralize threats in the same region. Additionally, a rocket and missile alert activated in Metula early in the morning was later identified as a false alarm.

Meanwhile, Al Mayadeen reported Tuesday morning that a man was killed in a drone attack on a vehicle north of Tyre, on the Adloun highway near the Abu Al-Asswad area in southern Lebanon.

According to the Saudi channel Al Hadath, the attack was carried out using a drone. Sources told Al Hadath the attack was likely "an assassination of a Palestinian figure due to the proximity of the area to refugee camps."
Likely returning to the refugee camp to attend a Hez staff meeting or to pick up much needed United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) food and supplies.

As the Daily Mail reported, celebrations devolved into total mayhem at the annual Orange Crush gathering Saturday on Tybee Island, which is a barrier island and small city located 20 minutes from Savannah, as stunning videos show topless brawls and piles of garbage washing into the Atlantic Ocean.

The Orange Crush is an annual college spring break party on Tybee Island, which is held every April. It is popular with HBCU students, especially from nearby Savannah State University.

This year, more than 6,000 individuals, mostly HBCU students, flocked to the popular island to have fun, according to WSAV. There was also an increased police presence compared to recent years.

One video captured on X shows a huge fight erupting on the beach’s boardwalk as several young women violently slug and scratch each other while their tops fly off. Both men and women cheer on the combatants, with curse words flying.
"OW! My weave!"
Some young females stopped fighting at points and tried to put their tops back on. A lady in a green swimsuit continues to brawl even after her breasts are exposed.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Hamas organized confab in 2021 to plot administration of ’liberated Palestine’
[IsraelTimes] Terror group aimed to bring back Paleostinian refugees, kill Israeli fighters, use educated Jews for their expertise, and be recognized as Israel’s successor at UN

Two years before its October 7 assault on southern Israel, Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", drafted a "strategic vision" for the governing of "liberated Paleostine" after the supposed inevitable demise of the State of Israel.

At a conference held in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
in September 2021, Hamas and other Paleostinian factions discussed preparations for the future administration of the State of Paleostine, intended to make up the whole territory "from the river to the sea," including the area of the State of Israel.

The conclusions reached at the conference, titled "Promise of the Hereafter — Post-Liberation Paleostine," were publicized by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) in an October 2021 report.

The confab was reportedly funded by Hamas and sponsored by Hamas’s leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar.

Today, it is apparent that the conference was not merely a rhetorical exercise, but the expression of a clear intent by Gazook terror factions to destroy Israel, the stated goal of their October 7 onslaught, when some 1,200 were brutally massacred and 253 kidnapped to Gaza.

That objective was reiterated by former leader Khaled Mashal, who stated in a January interview that October 7 proved that liberating Paleostine was a "realistic idea."

The concluding statement from the 2021 conference outlines the steps needed to launch the new state, including how to deal with the Jews and the weeding out of informants to "purge Paleostine and the Arab and Islamic homeland of the hypocrite scum that spread corruption in the land."

Participants agreed upon the necessity to draft a Paleostinian Declaration of Independence immediately after the "liberation." To be drafted by experts, the document was seen as a continuation of the Pact of ’Umar signed upon the Islamic conquest of Jerusalem in 638 CE with its Christian patriarch.

An announcement would then have been issued to the UN, declaring that the state of Paleostine succeeded the "occupation state" [i.e., Israel] and would inherit the rights previously granted to Israel at the UN, based on the Vienna Convention on the Succession of States, including agreements on existing land and maritime borders with neighboring countries.

The Jewish population of the newly formed state of Paleostine would be treated according to their status: Fighters would be killed; those attempting to flee could be allowed to do so or detained and prosecuted for their crimes; and those who surrendered could be either integrated into the new state or given time to leave.

The issue would be dealt with "humanely, as is characteristic for Islam," the statement read.

However,
you can observe a lot just by watching...
special treatment was to be granted to "educated Jews and experts in the areas of medicine, engineering, technology, and civilian and military industry," who were to be retained for some time so that they would not leave taking with them the knowledge they had acquired "while living in our land and enjoying its bounty."

The following step, according to the document, would be the return of Paleostinian refugees, through the establishment of temporary absorption centers near the borders with host countries [Lebanon Hezbollahstan
...The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers, a practice dating back to the heady days of human sacrifice to Baal Moloch...
, Syria and Jordan]. A "law of return" would be applied to them, and they would be issued identity cards, the statement read.

The international community and wealthy Paleostinians were to assist in the repatriation and integration process.

The new state would also issue its own currency, called New Paleostinian Junayh. Junayh (a term related to the English "guinea") was the currency used in Mandatory Paleostine, also known as the Paleostine pound or lira. It is also the name currently used in Arabic for the Egyptian pound.

"It should be introduced domestically even now so that people will become accustomed to it," the statement advised.

To protect the new state, the document called for "popular committees" of trained men and women to "guard the resources of the land and monitor them," since "Paleostinian fighters will be too busy." It is unclear what resources are meant.

On the same topic of "resources," conference chairman Kanaan Obeid said that the terror group learned a lesson from the 2005 Israeli disengagement from the Gaza Strip — when 21 settlements were evacuated and most of the residential buildings were destroyed. Later, some 3,000 state-of-the-art greenhouses were bought by foreign donors for $14 million and transferred to the Paleostinian Authority when it still ruled Gaza to jumpstart the agricultural sector in independent Gaza. The local population however looted and destroyed the structures.

"The resources of the settlements were lost," said Obeid.

Obeid reportedly served as the chairman of "The Promise of the Hereafter Institute," set up in 2014 with the stated goal of plotting out different aspects of the governance of the state of Paleostine after the "liberation" — including the economy, politics, security, and society.

The MEMRI report further noted that a Hamas politburo member relayed a speech by Sinwar at the conference, emphasizing the need to prepare for the day after the "liberation."

Referencing the May 2021 conflict against Israel, when, over 11 days, Hamas and Paleostinian Islamic Jihad
...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah...
fired over 4,000 rockets and mortar shells at Israel, Sinwar said that that round of fighting "did not suddenly break out," but rather "the resistance had prepared for it with years of planning, training, military, and intelligence development."

The terror leader further predicted that the conflict with Israel "can end only with the implementation of the promise of victory and control that Allah gave us — that our people will live with dignity in its independent state with Jerusalem as its capital."

A former high-ranking Fatah member from Gaza who was well acquainted with the Hamas leadership recently spoke to Haaretz about another aspect of Hamas’s scheme for the "day after," namely the administrative division of "liberated Paleostine" into cantons.

The man said he was contacted by a well-known Hamas figure who informed him that Hamas was "preparing a full list of committee heads for the cantons that will be created in Paleostine." In 2021, he was reportedly offered the chairmanship of the "Zarnuqa" committee, named after the Arab village where his family lived before 1948, that was slated to cover the cities of Ramle and Rehovot.

The Fatah official reportedly reacted to the Hamas offer in disbelief: "You’re out of your minds."

#1  The Fatah official reportedly reacted to the Hamas offer in disbelief: "You’re out of your minds."

They weren't really out of their minds though.

The US&NATO were shamefully defeated in the 9/11 war and in the aftermath of 10/7 Islam has become much more relevant within the West.

For mainstream Muslims 9/11 and 10/7 were moments of triumph and the Western powers were shamed and humiliated by their respective defeats and by falling victim to atrocities.

The Western strategy of surgically applying superior military power has made our foes hate us more and fear us less.

They fear public shame and a loss of face and a rational Western strategy would aim to publicly shame and humiliate including by non-violent means (*).

But alas, this would be politically incorrect.

(*) Think of something like publicly and graciously forfeiting our right to extract monetary compensation for 9/11 from Afghanistan.

COVER-UP EXPOSED: Judge Cannon Unmasks Redacted Documents Revealing Biden White House Direct Ties to Mar-a-Lago Raid, Jack Smith Investigation
[Gateway] Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday ordered key evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case to be unredacted.

The newly unredacted documents revealed Biden’s White House had direct ties to the Mar-a-Lago raid. The Biden Regime was also directly tied to Jack Smith’s investigation despite claims to the contrary from US Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Before with redactions: Jack Smith wanted to hide the fact that the National Archives had several conversations with the Biden White House.

But given the clear political abuse of the courts and all these literally "Trumped Up" charges.

The O'Biden Regime still has control of a NON-constitutionally run, but a politically focused FBI & DOJ.

What can America do?
They now control:
* the voting system,
* the vote counting,
* the arrest process,
* the indictment process,
* the politically tainted Jury Selection process,
* the openly double standard for the application of justice,
* the ability to use a well arm IRS for political revenge,
* the education of a future generation of National Socialist Indoctrinated youth corps ,

and more?

With each new revelation of their criminal deeds, it becomes more clear why the DC Swamp, Liberals, Socialists & Democrats fear MAGA and why they oppose an armed citizenry.

The question is no longer IF.
But WHEN, will they push for even stronger FED controls going into this election, to reduce citizen rights?

Because they must fear having a constitutional operated Justice System again. A system which would quickly arrest and indict them for their many treasonous and felony level crimes, these last 4 years.

-Short Attention Span Theater-
How much do Swedish schools pay Miss Shameless for LGBT fairy tales for children?
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
by Viktor Lavrinenko

[REGNUM] Sweden passed a law allowing teenagers to change their “legal gender”. In accordance with the norms of the prevailing ideology in the Scandinavian countries, the sexualization of a child is normal. Already in kindergartens, children begin to have it drummed into their heads that a change of sexual orientation, a change of gender, is completely acceptable and even welcomed.

In the case of Sweden, which is suffering from a demographic crisis and the prevalence of ethnic crime, such a policy looks especially suicidal. But Stockholm does not intend to give it up.

"LEGAL GENDER REASSIGNMENT"
Sweden once became the first country to legalize gender reassignment - this happened in 1972. Swedish liberals like to refer to this example, arguing that it is impossible to stand still, that it is necessary to move further towards maximum “emancipation”.

Indeed, even now, if a Swede wants to change his gender, he must undergo a thorough examination and obtain a medical diagnosis of “gender dysphoria”.

And there are also individuals who want to change their gender “legally”, without medical intervention. And they demand that not only adults, but also teenagers be allowed to do this. Teenagers, they say, should also have the right to experiment with their gender self-identification.

And just the other day, the Swedish Riksdag, after a six-hour debate, voted for a new “Law on Gender Equality.” During the discussion, many harsh words and objections were heard from the parliamentary rostrum, since this law seemed, to put it mildly, controversial to many people's representatives.

And yet it was adopted: 234 votes for and 94 against. The adoption of the bill was not hindered by the fact that, according to a recent public opinion poll, the majority of Swedes (59%) disapprove of it to one degree or another.

The new law, which comes into force on July 1 next year, makes it easier for people who “feel like they belong to the wrong gender or are experiencing gender dysphoria” to “legally change their gender.” This means changing personal data in official documents, but does not imply the physical transformation operation itself.

Now in Sweden, anyone wishing to “legally” change their gender must be an adult (at least 18 years old), undergo a serious medical examination and obtain permission from the state National Board of Health and Welfare. Soon, it will be enough only for the doctor’s conclusion that he considers the person’s desire to “change his gender” and “live in a new capacity for a long time” to be confirmed.

The age limit has also been shifted: a person who wants to change his “legal gender” will be able to do this upon reaching sixteen years of age. He must also be registered in Sweden or be a Swedish citizen and have a Swedish social security number. Those youth who are under eighteen years of age and wish to “change” their gender must obtain the approval of their parents or guardians.

Also, changing one’s “legal gender” will no longer require a diagnosis of “gender dysphoria.” To do this, a certificate from a doctor or psychologist stating that “the legal gender does not correspond to the real one” will be sufficient. By the way, permission from the National Health Council will no longer be required for surgical gender reassignment.

Supporters of the bill say its approval brings Sweden closer to other EU countries that already have systems for people to determine their “legal gender.”

Indeed, similar laws have already been passed in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Spain. However, the law adopted in Sweden turned out to be not as radical as initially expected - the very first version of the bill, developed in 2021, provided for the possibility of “legal gender change” from the age of twelve!

To push through the bill, the Moderate Coalition Party and the Liberals had to ally with the center-left opposition and ignore the opinions of the coalition Christian Democrats and the right-wing Sweden Democrats.

Critics of the new law argue that women will be extremely uncomfortable if they have to share changing rooms with those who have undergone “legal transition”. MP Karita Bulven of the Sweden Democrats said: "We believe that this is a reprehensible proposal that could have unforeseen and serious consequences - not only for the individual, but also for society as a whole."

50,000 PER HOUR
The processing of the consciousness of Swedish children in the spirit of “anarchist liberalism” has been going on for a long time. The local press reports that Swedish municipalities and preschools are hiring transvestites to read “special fairy tales” to children aged two to seven. There are examples of men in women's clothing showing children what they call "positive queer role models" in gay lingo.

The nicknames given for two of these drag queens are "Busty Lady" and "Miss Shameless." Sweden's new “storytellers” (we must assume Astrid Lindgren and Selma Lagerlöf are spinning in their graves) say: “We give children positive queer role models who challenge gender norms. There are no standards or boundaries in the transvestite story."

For their “works” on the “progressive” education of the younger Swedish generation, the “storytellers” take a good reward: for two thirty-minute performances they are paid the amount of 7,000 kroner (approximately 50,000 rubles). In addition, they demand that their real names on pay slips not be made public.

However, journalist Joakim Lamott extracted the real names of “Busty Lady” and “Miss Shameless” from the employees of the children’s library in the city of Olofström. But before Lamott could do anything with the information received, city authorities contacted the police with a complaint against the journalist. Joachim Lamott was afraid and did not publish the names of the “enlighteners.”

And in order to somehow save face, he said: “The municipality of Olofström seems to be very interested in me hiding from the public public documents where the names of these people appear. But I will act in the interests of society, and will make a decision when I study their activities in more detail."

Sweden actively brings the “ideals” of LGBT (an extremist movement banned in the Russian Federation) to other countries. Sometimes this turns into misunderstanding and even scandals. Thus, on May 17, the “International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia” was celebrated. In this regard, last year the Swedish Embassy in Kyiv hoisted a rainbow flag over its building.

At the same time, the Swedish Ambassador to Ukraine, Tobias Tyberg, demanded on social networks that Ukrainian homosexuals “be immediately allowed to enter into partnerships.”

This caused a strong negative reaction among many Ukrainians—and not only among them. Swedish mercenary Mikael Skillt said that now even Ukrainian gays have something to worry about other than raising rainbow flags. “Sweden, as always, knows how to stand out! The only rainbow flag in Kyiv hangs at the Swedish embassy,” he said.

Lately, Swedish gays have expressed concern that Sweden, in their opinion, has left the ranks of the “front-line” LGBT* people. Therefore, they put forward seven demands to the country's government: among other things, gays want a new, more “progressive” law on gender identity, the introduction of a “third legal gender”, “improved care for transgender people” and a ban on conversion therapy (a set of practices aimed at treating homosexuality).

Here it must be said that until 2022, Sweden was ruled by left-liberals, under whose power the corruption of children was presented as “an achievement of Western civilization.” However, most Swedes seem to be tired of their dominance. According to the results of the 2022 parliamentary elections, the previous left-liberal ruling coalition was replaced by a new, liberal-conservative one.

The new rulers promised to toughen the fight against organized crime, expand electronic surveillance, and intensify the fight against illegal migration.

However, the government is not very diligent in fulfilling these promises. But, as the example of the new law shows, the insane policy of imposing “gender transitions” continues.

STATE MADNESS
Recently, a book “How to become a transvestite” was published in Sweden, intended for children aged three to six years. It tells the story of a Swedish boy, Liam, who goes to school, plays with friends and dreams of becoming... a transvestite.

Since his “retarded” parents were unable to inform him on this issue, Liam has to independently search the library for the information he is interested in.

Each of the stages of these searches is described in detail and provided with pictures so that young readers can easily follow the “guide” and independently complete “tasks” at home. The 28-year-old owner of Cookies'n Dragons, Remi Livang, who wrote this “wonderful” book, says that the idea came to her after she learned about the “Busty Lady” and “Miss Shameless” reading “fairy tales” to Swedish children.

Livang was sincerely outraged by the fact that, it turns out, some parents are unhappy with these “fairy tales” - and she decided to make her contribution to introduce “tolerance” into children’s brains.

In fairness, it should be mentioned that Swedish parents are increasingly showing their indignation in such cases. One of the relatively recent examples of this kind is the fathers and mothers of students at a school in the Ekensberg district of Stockholm who demanded that the administration of this educational institution remove the rainbow flags hung throughout its classrooms and corridors.

Parents irritably told teachers that the presence of these flags promotes things that are not very suitable for young children. “What happened to children's rights and what messages are we sending to students?” - one of them gets angry.

However, school director Christina Bergström insists that the school “should be a welcoming place for everyone” - and, of course, especially for homosexuals. If she satisfies her parents’ request, she will instantly be pecked by the advocates of “tolerance,” who are now extremely influential in Sweden. As if in this case we wouldn’t have to part with the director’s chair.

Sweden is currently suffering from a demographic crisis. According to the government Statistics Office for 2023, the number of newborns in the past year was the lowest in the last twenty years.

The number of children born per woman has become the lowest in the entire history of Sweden. At the same time, the population increased in 95 municipalities and decreased in 193.

Swedish patriots are worried that the decline in the country's population will be made up by migrants. Actually, this process has been going on for many years - 10.5 million people live in the country, of which over a million come from Asia and Africa.

Many of the migrants join the ranks of organized and street crime, which is increasingly interfering in the daily lives of Swedes.

Against this background, the internal policy of the state, which destroys a normal family, must be recognized as nothing less than insane.

Caucasus/Russia/Central Asia
War in the summer of 2024. Russian offensive and the aviation factor
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Korrespondent] It will be difficult for the Ukrainian military to contain the Russians in the summer.

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine predicts a difficult situation at the front starting in May 2024.

Forecasting the further course of hostilities is a thankless task.

However, most analysts agree that problems await Ukraine in the near future. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, says that the coming period will be difficult, but “difficult and catastrophic are two different things.”

NEGATIVE OUTLOOK
President Vladimir Zelensky suggests that Russia intends to capture Chasov Yar before May 9, after which it will launch another offensive in June 2024. The Ukrainian military does not yet have enough equipment and artillery shells to repel Russian attacks at Chasovoy Yar. According to Zelensky, if the United States transfers weapons in time, Ukraine will be able to defeat the occupiers’ plans for a summer offensive.

“Armageddon will not happen, as many are now starting to say. But there will be problems from mid-May,” says Budanov.

IMPACT DIRECTION
Chasov Yar and its heights are the gateway to Konstantinovka and further to the Slavyansko-Kramatorsk agglomeration. It’s not for nothing that Chasov Yar is sometimes called the Gate of Donbass.

The attack on Kupyansk is a struggle for logistics.

The section of the Kremennaya-Svatovo front is an important artery, the foreground of the railway line to Starobelsk. The Russians are spending enormous resources in attacks on villages and plantings in this area and up to Kupyansk. They are trying to move the high-precision weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces away from the railway line.

In addition, the Russian army has tried to advance near Ugledar several times since last year, regularly leaving dozens of pieces of equipment there, including T-72B3 tanks manufactured in 2022, and old T-55s.

AVIATION FACTOR
According to military analysts, Russian aviation has returned to the battlefield as a serious factor. It may not be possible to quickly and reliably prevent the threat from Russian aviation even if the Ukrainian Armed Forces receive the first F-16s.

Russian pilots have more flying experience, more experienced ground crews than the quickly retrained Ukrainian ones, and more runways in the European part of Russia.

And then there are the AWACS (early airborne warning) planes - although Ukraine shot down two of them and likely damaged several more during overhauls on the ground. But these aircraft will rise into the air when the struggle for initiative in the sky begins.

WESTERN HELP
In addition to the recently approved assistance from the United States, Ukraine will continue to receive other weapons. In Germany, the production of smart mines is being resumed, and the plant of 35x228 mm shells for Cheetahs will reach planned capacity in mid-2024.

Work is also underway to localize the production of Bayraktarov in Ukraine.

What remains is the drone coalition, in which France, Germany, Great Britain and other countries are sending Ukraine hundreds of kamikaze drones and reconnaissance vehicles.

Europe is expanding production of Patriot launchers. Poland, Germany, Romania, Spain and the Netherlands are planning to purchase up to a thousand PAC-2 GEM-T missiles.

There are prospects of receiving 1.5 million 155mm ammunition from EU countries, including through the Czech initiative.

At the Knesset, Former Hostages Tell of Endless Sexual Abuse
[FrontPage] “To be a woman in captivity is to be in constant fear; it can’t be described in words.”

by Hugh Fitzgerald

At the Knesset, former hostages who had been released in the November exchange of imprisoned terrorists for Israeli civilians held captive told what it was like for them in Gaza. The focus of the Knesset hearing was on the sexual abuse and rape of the female captives.

The world, in danger of forgetting about the hostages, as all eyes are on Israel’s putative misdeeds in Gaza, needs to be constantly reminded of what is happening to those still held captive.

More on their testimony can be found here: “‘Raped Daily’: Former Israeli Hostages Recount Sexual Abuse by Hamas Terrorists as Families Plead for Action,” by Debbie Weiss, Algemeiner, April 7, 2024:

Murder Most Foul: Many of the Hostages Have Been Murdered
And how will people react when the final reckoning is made?

Israel and some part of the world already care. For the rest, proof will not make them care about dead Jews when they prefer to preen themselves on caring about the suffering of rabid Jew-killers.
by Hugh Fitzgerald

Hamas now says it cannot come up with even forty hostages, consisting of women, the elderly, and female soldiers, to be exchanged for what, at last count, was supposed to be 700 Palestinian prisoners, some of them now serving multiple life sentences for murdering Israelis. What does that mean? It means what everyone of sense has suspected all along. Hamas has been steadily murdering many, perhaps most, of the hostages. More on these murders most foul can be found here: “Report: US officials fear most of the hostages held by Hamas could be dead,” Times of Israel, April 11, 2024:

US officials tell the Wall Street Journal that there are fears that most of the Israeli hostages in Hamas captivity could be dead.

The report comes amid talks to secure a hostage release deal and a truce, with some Hamas sources indicating that they are unable to provide 40 living hostages from the elderly, women and female soldiers that Israel is demanding.

It is believed that 129 hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7 remain in Gaza. The IDF has confirmed the deaths of 34 of those still held by Hamas, citing intelligence and findings obtained by troops operating in Gaza.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft pulls support from Columbia after anti-Israel protests: ‘No longer an institution I recognize'
[NY Post] New England Patriots team owner Robert Kraft announced Monday that he was pulling his support from Columbia University over the ongoing anti-Israel protest at the Manhattan campus.

"It was through the full academic scholarship Columbia gave me that I was able to attend college and get my start in life and for that I have been tremendously grateful," Kraft said in a statement. "However, the school I love so much — the one that welcomed me and provided me with so much opportunity — is no longer an institution I recognize."

"I am deeply saddened at the virulent hate that continues to grow on campus and throughout our country," Kraft added. "I am no longer confident that Columbia can protect its students and staff and I am not comfortable supporting the university until corrective action is taken.

"It is my hope that Columbia and its leadership will stand up to this hate by ending these protests immediately and will work to earn back the respect and trust of many of us who have lost faith in the institution," he continued.

"It is my hope that in this difficult time, the Kraft Center at Columbia will serve as a source of security and safety for all Jewish students and faculty on campus who want to gather peacefully to practice their religions, to be together and to be welcomed."

Trading With the Enemy
[HERSH] The Ukraine government, headed by Volodymyr Zelensky, has been using American taxpayers’ funds to pay dearly for the vitally needed diesel fuel that is keeping the Ukrainian army on the move in its war with Russia. It is unknown how much the Zelensky government is paying per gallon for the fuel, but the Pentagon was paying as much as $400 per gallon to transport gasoline from a port in Pakistan, via truck or parachute, into Afghanistan during the decades-long American war there.

What also is unknown is that Zelensky has been buying the fuel from Russia, the country with which it, and Washington, are at war, and the Ukrainian president and many in his entourage have been skimming untold millions from the American dollars earmarked for diesel fuel payments. One estimate by analysts from the Central Intelligence Agency put the embezzled funds at $400 million last year, at least; another expert compared the level of corruption in Kiev as approaching that of the Afghan war, "although there will be no professional audit reports emerging from the Ukraine."

"Zelensky’s been buying discount diesel from the Russians," one knowledgeable American intelligence official told me. "And who’s paying for the gas and oil? We are. Putin and his oligarchs are making millions" on it.

Many government ministries in Kiev have been literally "competing," I was told, to set up front companies for export contracts for weapons and ammunition with private arms dealers around the world, all of which provide kickbacks. Many of those companies are in Poland and Czechia, but others are thought to exist in the Persian Gulf and Israel. "I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that there are others in places like the Cayman Islands and Panama, and there are lots of Americans involved," an American expert on international trade told me.

The issue of corruption was directly raised with Zelensky in a meeting last January in Kiev with CIA Director William Burns. His message to the Ukrainian president, I was told by an intelligence official with direct knowledge of the meeting, was out of a 1950s mob movie. The senior generals and government officials in Kiev were angry at what they saw as Zelensky’s greed, so Burns told the Ukrainian president, because "he was taking a larger share of the skim money than was going to the generals."

NYPD cops in riot gear arrest dozens of NYU students, faculty at pro-Hamas encampment on campus before mob marches on NYPD headquarters
[NYPOST] The NYPD began arresting dozens of student and faculty protestors at New York University Monday night where anti-Israel demonstrators had earlier set up a "Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks.
Solidarity" encampment, according to the college’s newspaper.

The cops in riot gear cuffed the protesters — who are demanding NYU divest from holdings tied to Israel over the ongoing violence in Gaza — with zip ties and led them to police buses that had arrived near the campus hours earlier, the university’s student-run newspaper Washington Square News reported.

Moments earlier, police blasted a message over a megaphone, ordering the protesters to disperse or face arrest for trespassing, according to the newspaper.
Courtesy of Skidmark, the Daily Mail has photos and videos of what happened next:
Anti-Israel protestors armed with flares and Palestinian flags marched towards the headquarters of the NYPD only hours after officers wearing riot gear stormed an NYU protest 'Gaza Solidarity' encampment protest on Monday night.

More than 100 students, staff and faculty members were arrested by police after ignoring warnings to vacate the plaza where the protest was being held.

But those who finally left had other ideas with the mob reconvening in another march - this time through New York's Chinatown and One Police Plaza the HQ of the NYPD.

The streets were lit up in bright orange while holding flares in the air as marchers waved flags and carried anti-Israel signs and banging drums and blowing whistles as they walked downtown.

Those carrying flares could be heard chanting 'Gaza' - while also being careful to wear face masks so as to conceal their true identity.

Only hours earlier on the NYU campus in Greenwich Village, police officers in riot gear were forced to use zip ties to detain protesters, marching them onto police buses after warnings to leave the area were ignored.
That protest encampment thingy is all the rage on American college campuses at the moment, according to the Times of Israel:
Pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel protest encampments are springing up at several US universities following unrest around mass student demonstrations at Columbia University in recent weeks amid the ongoing war in Gaza.

Tent encampments could be seen on campuses including New York University, MIT, Tufts University and Emerson College, according to social media posts and local news reports.

An encampment at Emerson College is reportedly positioned next to the campus Hillel branch, where many Jewish students are expected to visit for the Passover holiday tonight.
They give extra points for extra harassing of The Joooos, donchaknow.
At MIT, students take part in Muslim prayers next to a tent encampment, protesting what they say it the university’s failure to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. They are also calling on MIT to cut ties with Israel’s military, amid the war ongoing in Gaza since Hamas’s October 7 massacre.

On the other side of the country, social media posts show tent encampments at the University of California, Berkley and the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

As a result of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 120 civilians of the Belgorod region were killed
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, named the total number of dead and injured as a result of the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As a result of Ukrainian shelling in the region, 120 civilians were killed, including 11 children of different ages, 651 people were injured, 51 of them children, Gladkov said in a video message on the Telegram channel.

As Regnum reported, according to the Ministry of Defense, on April 22, Russian air defense forces on duty destroyed a Ukrainian Tochka-U missile over the Belgorod region.

Vyacheslav Gladkov also informed about the destruction of an air target on approach to Belgorod. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage. A missile danger was declared in Belgorod and the Belgorod region on that day.

On April 20, Russian air defense forces destroyed three Ukrainian drones in the skies over the Belgorod region. Prior to this, on the night of April 19-20, according to the Ministry of Defense, in more than eight regions of Russia, the Russian military destroyed a total of 50 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones. The largest number - 26 drones - were shot down in the Belgorod region, eight and ten - in the Kursk and Bryansk regions, respectively, two - in the Tula region and one each in the Moscow, Kaluga, Smolensk and Ryazan regions.

On the evening of April 19, it was also reported that a Ukrainian drone was destroyed over the Belgorod region. The Kiev regime used an aircraft-type drone to attempt an attack on Russian territory.

US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Matisek: European troops could be stationed in Ukraine
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Troops from European countries may be stationed in Ukraine to conduct combat operations. This development of events was allowed by US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Jahara Matisek in an article for Foreign Affairs magazine, which he wrote together with retired US Army Colonel Alex Crowther.

“European leaders should seriously consider stationing troops in Ukraine to provide logistics support and training, protect Ukraine’s borders, critical infrastructure, and even protect cities,” the article says.

The authors said that European military personnel can conduct both non-combat and combat operations, including patrolling the borders of Ukraine and protecting Black Sea ports.

“If Russian troops approach Odessa, European forces nearby will have the right to defend themselves and open fire on the approaching fighters,” the US military wrote.

At the same time, the article states that in many countries around the world there is a popular opinion that NATO is the aggressor in the conflict in Ukraine. Therefore, it is better to send troops there from European countries rather than from the North Atlantic Alliance, the authors concluded.

As Regnum reported at the end of February, French President Emmanuel Macron, after the Paris Conference on supporting Ukraine, said that the heads of the European Union countries discussed the possibility of sending their military to Ukraine.

The head of France stressed that Paris will do everything possible to prevent Russia from defeating Ukraine.

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, noted that Macron’s statements indicate that NATO has begun the process of dividing Ukrainian territory.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has indicated, regarding Emmanuel Macron's various bellicose statements recently, that the French leadership has some kind of grudge against Moscow. Perhaps this is due to Russia’s policy in Africa, the Russian leader suggested.

11 terrorists killed in DI Khan, North Waziristan operations
[GEO.TV] At least 11 bad boyz were potted in two separate operations in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan
... the Pearl of Pashtunistan...
and North Wazoo, a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Monday.

According to the communique, the military’s media wing said the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in DI Khan sanctuaries bases on the reported presence of terrorists.

"During the conduct of the operation, after an intense fire exchange, 10 bandidos bully boyz were successfully neutralised and sent to hell," the ISPR said.

It also added that the killed bandidos bully boyz remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area against security forces as well as innocent civilians.

"Arms and ammunition were also recovered from them," it added.

In a separate operation, the security forces bumped off a terrorist in North Waziristan, the ISPR added.

Locals of the area appreciated the operations of the security forces, who remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country.

Last week, the security forces killed seven bandidos bully boyz trying to infiltrate the Pakistain-Afghan border in the general area of Spinkai, Ghulam Khan, North Waziristan district.

Movement of a group of seven terrorists, trying to infiltrate the Pakistain-Afghanistan border, was detected by security forces in the general area Spinkai, Ghulam Khan, North Waziristan district, the ISPR had said.

It said the infiltrators were surrounded, effectively engaged and after an intense fire exchange, all seven bandidos bully boyz were "sent to hell". A large quantity of weapons, ammunition and explosives was also recovered from the killed terrorists.

The ISPR had said Pakistain has consistently been asking the interim Afghan government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border.

The interim Afghan government is expected to fulfil its obligations and prevent the use of Afghan soil by bandidos bully boyz for perpetrating acts of terrorism against Pakistain.

"The security forces of Pakistain are committed to securing its borders and eliminating the menace of terrorism from the country," the ISPR had said.

As the KP continues to battle the scourge of terrorism, the province's Inspector General of Police (IGP) Akhtar Hayat Khan on April 11 said that as many as 88 bandidos bully boyz have been neutralised in various anti-terror operations since January 1, 2024.

US journalist Terry Anderson, held hostage in Lebanon in 1980s, dies
[Guardian] Terry Anderson, a US journalist who was held captive by Islamist militants for almost seven years in Lebanon and came to symbolise the plight of western hostages during the country’s 1975-90 civil war, has died aged 76, his daughter said.

The former chief Middle East correspondent for the Associated Press, who was the longest-held hostage of the scores of westerners abducted in Lebanon, died on Sunday at his home in Greenwood Lake, New York, said Sulome Anderson, who was born three months after her father was seized. No cause of death was given.

Kept in barely lit cells by mostly Shia Muslim groups in what was known as the hostage crisis, and chained by his hands and feet and blindfolded much of the time, the former marine later recalled that he "almost went insane" and that only his Catholic faith prevented him from killing himself before he was freed in December 1991.

"Though my father’s life was marked by extreme suffering during his time as a hostage in captivity, he found a quiet, comfortable peace in recent years. I know he would choose to be remembered not by his very worst experience, but through his humanitarian work with the Vietnam Children’s Fund, the Committee to Protect Journalists, homeless veterans and many other incredible causes," Anderson said.

The family would take some time to organise a memorial, she said.

No activity in Israeli port of Eilat for past six months due to resistance, director admits
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Gideon Golber, the CEO of the Israeli port of Eilat, has revealed the weakness of the American-British-European alliance in repelling attacks on ships linked to Israel in the Red Sea.

"There has been no activity in the port for about 6 months due to attacks in the Red Sea," Golbar told the Israeli newspaper "Calcalist".

He added: "Israel and the US-British-European coalition have proven to be afraid, weak, and hesitant, and the Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
s are becoming more and more confident."

He pointed out that shipping companies do not trust the Western US-British naval alliance’s ability to protect ships if they sail to Eilat, making them unwilling to take the risk.

He said: "I don’t think we can live without the Red Sea route, as many ships don’t even reach Ashdod and Aqaba."

He confirmed that the maritime blockade causes monthly losses to the port, stating that they are not a store selling consumer goods but rather a national infrastructure for Israel to transport goods through.

Germany has launched an investigation into Knauf's participation in the restoration of Mariupol
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The prosecutor's office of the German city of Würzburg has begun a pre-investigation check against the construction company Knauf, official representative of the department Tobias Kostuch said on April 22.

The check is being carried out due to the appearance in the media of reports that Knauf materials were used by Russia during the restoration of Mariupol (DPR), Kostukh told RIA Novosti.

“It is important to note that there is currently no initial suspicion of committing a crime necessary to initiate a pre-investigation check. Rather, it serves to clarify whether such an initial suspicion exists at all,” said a representative of the prosecutor’s office.

Earlier, the news portal of the German television channel ARD reported that the products of two German companies (Knauf and WKB Systems) were used during the restoration of Mariupol. The German Economic Ministry called on prosecutors to investigate. Representatives of Knauf stated that they intend to transfer business in Russia to local management. The prosecutor's office did not specify whether an investigation would be carried out against WKB Systems.

As reported by IA Regnum, earlier Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that work on the restoration of the main facilities in the historical part of Mariupol will be completed in 2024. The master plan for the restoration of the entire city involves work until 2035.

At the end of December 2023, the Russian government approved a program for the restoration and socio-economic development of new regions of the country. The main goals of the program are the restoration of housing, public utilities and transport infrastructure, the development of the social sphere, the creation of a favorable investment climate and the achievement by new regions of average Russian indicators of quality of life by 2030.

Boy, 15, turns self in, charged with murder in deadly NYC subway shooting: cops
[NYPost] A 15-year-old boy turned himself in to face a murder charge in the wild, gang-related Bronx subway shooting that killed an innocent bystander and wounded five other people last month, cops and sources said Monday.

The teen — who was not identified because he is a minor — showed up at the 44th Precinct Sunday afternoon and was also charged with five counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, cops and sources said.

The boy is the third person to be charged in connection to the deadly gunfire that erupted around 4:40 p.m. Feb. 12, taking the life of Obed Beltran-Sanchez, 35, at the Mount Eden subway station, cops said.

A 15-year-old boy turned himself into police for a Bronx subway shooting in February that killed on person and left five others injured. 5

A 16-year-old gangbanger, Langel Jones, was the first person cuffed — picked up days after the shooting, police said.

Jones is a purported member of the violent DBlock gang, named for Davidson Avenue, whose members were tied into a beef with the Burnside gang in a feud stemming from "drill rap and disrespect," NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny previously told reporters at a media briefing.

The gang feud ultimately boiled over when the two crews just happened to get on the same train at different stops.

In mid-March, a 14-year-old boy who was also wounded in the burst of violence was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.

The boy was also nabbed in connection to a Jan. 15 shooting, also in the Bronx — which authorities previously said stemmed from the same gang feud and may have sparked the subway incident.

As the gunfight spilled out of the train, Sanchez — who was not involved — made the mistake of looking out onto the platform to see what the commotion was about, Kenny said at the time.

He lay dying on the ground as people "just walked past him," the police official added.

First deportation flights will leave UK for Rwanda in 10-12 weeks, Prime Minister Sunak pledges
[AFRICANEWS] U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pledged Monday that the country's first deportation flights to Rwanda could leave in 10-12 weeks as he promised to end the Parliamentary deadlock over a key policy promise before an election expected later this year.

Sunak made the comments at a news conference, making his case directly to the public after vowing last week that Parliament would remain in session until the legislation is passed. The House of Commons will take up the bill later in the day, followed by consideration in the House of Lords.

Sunak demanded that the unelected House of Lords to stop blocking legislation allowing authorities to deport some asylum-seekers to Rwanda, as he seeks to make good on a campaign promise to "stop the boats" that bring migrants colonists to U.K. illegally.

"Enough is enough," Sunak said, as he told news hounds that commercial charter planes are booked to carry the asylum seekers.

He declined to provide details when asked how many people were expected to be on the flights in coming months.

"We are ready. Plans are in place, and these flights will go come what may. No foreign court will stop us from getting flights off," he said.

The bill has been stalled for two months as it bounced back and forth between the two houses of Parliament, with the Lords repeatedly offering amendments that were then rejected by the Commons. The Lords don't have the power to kill the legislation, but they must give their assent before it can become law.

The governing Conservative Party plans to send some asylum-seekers to Rwanda as a deterrent to persuade migrants colonists that it isn't worth the risk of crossing the English Channel on leaky inflatable boats.

The plan, pursued by three prime minsters over the past two years, has so far been stymied by a series of court rulings and vocal opposition from migrant advocates who say it is illegal and inhumane.

The current legislation, known as the Safety of Rwanda Bill, is a response to a Supreme Court decision that blocked deportation flights because the government couldn't guarantee the safety of migrants colonists sent to Rwanda.

After signing a new treaty with Rwanda to beef up protections for migrants colonists, the government proposed the new legislation declaring Rwanda to be a safe country.

Alex Carlile, an independent member of the House of Lords, said the amendments are designed to improve "ill-judged, badly drafted, inappropriate" legislation that is "illegal in current U.K. and international law."

The Tver prosecutor's office files a lawsuit to recognize the crimes of the Nazis as genocide
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The Tver Region Prosecutor's Office filed a claim with the regional court to recognize the crimes of the Nazis in the region during the Great Patriotic War as genocide, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reported on April 22.

The Nazi invaders and their accomplices destroyed the cities and villages of the Tver region, destroyed civilians and captured Red Army soldiers, the department recalled. The Tver (in this period - Kalinin) region was occupied by the Nazis for three years.

“During this time, about 40 thousand civilians and prisoners of war were killed and tortured, died from hunger and infectious diseases, and more than 23 thousand people were driven into German slavery. The total amount of damage caused by the occupation to the economy and infrastructure of the region is almost 16 trillion rubles,” the press service said in a statement.

As Regnum reported, supervisory agencies from a number of other regions of the country had previously filed similar statements with the courts. Some of the claims have already been decided.

In particular, in February 2024, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic recognized the actions of the Nazis and their accomplices on the territory of the LPR in 1942–1943 as genocide. About 100 thousand residents of the region became victims of the occupation regime of the Nazi troops.

On January 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Nazi Germany fought the USSR not because of ideology, but because of the resources and wealth of the Soviet Union. The Nazis intended to destroy the majority of Soviet citizens, and the survivors were being prepared to play the role of slaves, deprived of their native culture, traditions and language, the head of state emphasized.

Iraq
Resistance Axis forces will resume attacks on US bases
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin:

[ColonelCassad] The Axis of Resistance forces in Iraq have announced that they will resume attacks on American bases in Iraq, as the United States is delaying the withdrawal of occupation forces from Iraq at the request of the Iraqi government, thereby prolonging the occupation of the country. The decision to withdraw American troops was made by the Iraqi parliament back in 2020. In 2023, the current Prime Minister of Iraq demanded the withdrawal of troops. The United States, taking advantage of Iraq’s weakness, is trying to delay it as much as possible, since leaving Iraq will entail a forced withdrawal from Syria.

The expected response to the attack on the Hashd Shaabi base (1 killed, 8 wounded + losses in equipment), which again led to an increase in anti-American sentiment in Iraq. As has been said more than once, attacks on Iranian proxies often do not hinder, but help Iran, since citizens of other countries included in the network of Iranian clients die. This allows Iran to influence domestic public opinion and other governments from within. Iran received such opportunities after the disappearance of Iraq as a deterrent and the Arab Spring, which weakened a number of countries and created space for the implementation of Iran’s general strategy.

In this case, we can expect new launches of homemade missiles and kamikaze drones at the Ain al-Assad bases and Erbil airport, as well as new attacks on American logistics convoys.

Police Website Reveals CDC Suppressing Defensive Gun Use Data
[TTAG] Moved to Tuesday
According to a report from Law Enforcement Today, recent revelations have exposed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for allegedly suppressing data on defensive gun use (DGU). This action has ignited debates over the transparency and potential politicization of the agency’s research on gun policy and public health.

The CDC, which studies various factors contributing to injury and mortality including firearm incidents, has been criticized for omitting defensive gun use statistics from its public communications. Despite commissioning a study from The National Academies’ Institute of Medicine and National Research Council, which recognized DGUs as a “common occurrence,” the CDC chose to exclude these statistics following pressure from gun-control advocates.

Documents obtained via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests revealed that individuals such as Mark Bryant of the Gun Violence Archive, Devin Hughes of GVPedia, and Po Murray engaged with top CDC officials. They were introduced by the White House and Senator Dick Durbin’s office and pressed the CDC to downplay DGU frequencies, which range from estimates of 60,000 to 2.5 million annually in the U.S.

Mark Bryant was particularly outspoken, vehemently opposing the highest estimates of DGU. He was quoted in correspondence saying, “that statistic needs to be killed, buried, dug up, killed again and buried again. It is highly misleading, used out of context, and holds zero value even as an outlier in honest discussions surrounding DGUs.”

Despite initial reluctance, the CDC ultimately removed references to DGUs from its publications, a move that has been perceived as aligning the agency more with gun-control advocacy groups than with unbiased scientific inquiry. This has raised concerns about the CDC’s commitment to providing comprehensive and unbiased data.

Gary Kleck, professor emeritus at Florida State University’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice and a long-time researcher of DGUs, criticized the CDC’s actions, suggesting they indicate the agency is a tool of gun-control advocates rather than a neutral body. Kleck, whose research supports at least 760,000 DGUs annually, emphasized the importance of rigorous methodology and empirical evidence in academic research.

Ukrainian Perspective: Invasion of Ukraine: April 22, 2024
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Worth noting, korrespondent.net has compiled its Invasion of Ukraine series into separate months, beginning May 9th, 2023. Linked in the title

[Korrespondent] 22:32 Zelensky said in an evening video message that the United States will provide Ukraine with long-range ATACMS missiles in a new package of military assistance.

22:28 Kuleba said that Ukraine is discussing with its allies the provision of four Patriot batteries: “Currently, four specific batteries are in development, if we are talking about Patriot. Negotiations are underway between us and the relevant countries and the United States.”

22:19 Most analysts agree that problems await Ukraine in the near future. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, says that the coming period will be difficult, but “difficult and catastrophic are two different things.” Read about what awaits us in the article War in the summer of 2024.

21:34 Zelensky said that he met with a bipartisan delegation of the US Congress. We discussed macro-financial support, military assistance, in particular the need for artillery shells, long-range missiles, electronic warfare and UAVs, combat aircraft, and support for the development of the Ukrainian defense industry. There was also talk about the confiscation of frozen Russian assets.

21:25 The Russian army in the Donetsk region has broken through the Ukrainian front near Avdeevka, says German BILD journalist and open data analysis expert Julian Repke. According to him, the invaders advanced in a northwestern direction from the city, and the enemy allegedly entered the village of Ocheretino. But there is no official confirmation from the Defense Forces yet. For more information about what is known, see the material Breakthrough of the Front at Avdeevka.

20:47 Radio Liberty showed the consequences of the attack on a television tower in Kharkov:

20:26 The Russians struck near the village. Yurchenkovo, Chuguevsky district, Kharkov region - as a result of a direct hit on an excavator, its driver died, the prosecutor's office reported. Also, one person was injured during aerial shelling of the village. Prikolotnoe Olkhovat community. In the village In Glushkovka of the Kurilov community, the buildings of an agricultural enterprise were damaged as a result of shelling.

19:59 Zelensky said that he had a telephone conversation with Biden following the voting results in the House of Representatives. The American president assured that he would immediately sign the law after approval by the Senate, and that the first defense aid package “will be fast and powerful and will strengthen our air defense, long-range and artillery capabilities,” Zelensky said.

Zelensky also told Biden about the attack on the Kharkov TV tower. According to him, “this is Russia’s clear intention to make the city uninhabitable.”

19:32 According to preliminary data, the Russians attacked a television infrastructure facility in Kharkov with an X-59 missile, the prosecutor’s office reported.

18:51 It has become popular among Russian school principals to invite Russian military personnel who have come from the front to visit their students. However, they invite not just military personnel, but the main “heroes” of the so-called “SVO” - Wagnerites, who usually turn out to be murderers, pedophiles or serial maniacs. However, such meetings with criminals are now proudly called in Russia “education of patriotism.” Read more in the material Lesson from the “hero”.

18:26 The first deliveries of ammunition to Ukraine within the framework of the Czech initiative will begin in late May - early June, Borrell said. He also noted that a number of EU countries have expressed their readiness to supply air defense systems and ammunition to Ukraine in the near future.

18:14 Peskov said that Putin “stated the fact of Russia’s readiness for a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian issue, but “this is not a peaceful initiative.” He added that Kyiv de jure rejects the possibility of negotiations with Moscow, and there is no progress on this issue.

17:35 The Russians carried out strikes on Kharkov and three settlements in the region within an hour, said Oleg Sinegubov, head of the OVA. In the regional center, the enemy struck a television infrastructure facility - no people were injured, but there were interruptions in the digital television signal. In Volchansk, a guided aerial bomb hit the territory of an inactive meat processing plant, in the village. Slobozhanskoe, Kharkov district, hit an open area, in Dergachi also hit an open area.

16:54 The next meeting of the Ramstein Contact Group will take place on April 26 in a video conference format, said Dutch Defense Minister Kaisa Ollongren.

16:49 Sweden does not rule out transferring the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine, Defense Minister Paul Johnson said: “We are at the stage of creating our own air defense system. Many countries use Patriot, and the United States has significant resources in this area. It is quite possible that we can do contribution, but we have to look at how best to do it."

16:43 The supply of weapons from Western partners will level out the situation at the front, Zelensky said following a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters. According to him, the Russian army has been given “the task of demonstrating at least some victories before May 9, without regard to its own losses. Now they are also being urged on by the positive decisions of Ukraine’s friends.”

The President also instructed that by the next meeting of the Headquarters, to collect everything that intelligence knows about the Russians’ intentions to destroy civilian infrastructure, and to prepare a comprehensive plan for further actions: strengthening physical protection, redistributing air defense systems and decentralization.

15:57 Zelensky said that he does not believe in the possibility of the Olympic truce initiated by Macron: “I don’t believe in this with Russia. I don’t believe in this format of the truce as a whole, I don’t believe in any format of the truce with the Russian Federation. Emmanuel is he knows, he himself is a witness of this, we were together in the Normandy format. We went through this entire Minsk process together, France, Germany, Ukraine - we are all living witnesses that there is no frozen conflict with Russia. This is a question for Russia to regroup and leave to them. more additional forces to destroy us later.”

15:18 The German manufacturer of building materials Knauf announced that it is completely curtailing its activities in Russia after more than 30 years of work in the Russian market. This decision was preceded by a scandal with construction in occupied Mariupol. The media found out that German companies, in particular Knauf and WKB Systems, are helping Russians carry out construction in Mariupol.

14:33 Bild writes that Germany has disrupted the supply of MRAP armored vehicles to Ukraine. This year, Berlin promised to supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces with up to 400 heavy MRAP wheeled armored vehicles with enhanced mine protection. A contract was signed for 315 million euros, which was to be financed by Germany. However, deliveries never began. The plan was reduced first to 200 and then to 100 vehicles, and the start of deliveries was postponed to May-June.

The reason is that the supplier company receives spare parts for MRAP from the USA and only assembles them in Germany. According to the newspaper, the company had “limitations on its license to export from the United States to Germany,” as well as problems with mine protection certification.

14:01 Norway will join the initiative to provide Ukraine with additional air defense systems financially, Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said: “We have very little time, so Norway will be involved in financing. There are several other countries that contribute to this, because they have air defense systems defenses that can get into Ukraine quite quickly, and they have been working intensively on this in the last few days and weeks."

13:55 Latvia is ready to transfer a short-range air defense system to Ukraine, Defense Minister Andris Spruds said.

13:26 As a result of an attack on the rescue ship Communa in Sevastopol, at least two employees of the auxiliary fleet of the Russian Navy were injured, reports the opposition Russian publication Astra. According to sources, on the morning of April 21, an anti-ship missile Neptune was shot down over one of the berths of Holland Bay in Sevastopol, and fragments fell on the Kommuna ship, which caught fire.

12:59 The Russian army again shelled the Dnieper district of Kherson - two people were wounded, the OVA reported.

12:35 A Russian plane dropped another aerial bomb on the Belgorod region, the opposition Russian publication Astra reported. FAB-500 was found in the area of the Stadnikov village of the Shebekinsky city district on April 21. Earlier, journalists counted at least 21 aerial bombs that fell from Russian planes onto the territory of the Russian Federation or the occupied territories of Ukraine in March and April.

12:27 A bipartisan delegation of the US Congress arrived in Kiev. It included members of the House of Representatives Thomas Kane, Bill Keating, Madeleine Dean and Nathaniel Moran, the US Embassy in Ukraine reported.

11:54 Dmitry Pletenchuk has been appointed head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Southern Defense Forces - he told Ukrinform about this. He was appointed to replace Natalya Gumenyuk, who was recently fired after numerous complaints from journalists. Previously, Pletenchuk was the speaker of the Ukrainian Navy.

11:39 Russian troops fired at a bus stop in the Dnieper district of Kherson, one person was wounded, the OVA reported.

11:03 EU and NATO member countries are putting pressure on Greece and Spain to transfer additional air defense systems to Ukraine, writes the Financial Times. Following Kyiv's call for at least seven additional systems, only Germany announced deliveries of Patriot, while other EU leaders used last week's Brussels summit to personally urge the prime ministers of Spain and Greece to donate some of their systems to Ukraine. In particular, the partners argued such a request by the fact that their armed forces have more than ten Patriot and other systems, and their needs are not as great as the needs of Ukraine.

“We all know who has them, we all know where they are, and we all know who really needs them,” one of the interlocutors told the publication. However, Poland and Romania, which also have Patriot, are under less pressure given their more vulnerable location on the border with Ukraine.

10:32 At the end of 2023, Ukraine ranked first in the world in terms of growth in military spending relative to GDP - they increased by 11%, to 37% of GDP, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Russia is in second place - its military spending increased by 1.2%, to 5.9%. Overall, Ukraine’s military spending increased by 51% and amounted to $64.8 billion in 2023. Thus, Ukraine moved from 11th place in military spending in 2022 to 8th place in 2023.

Global military spending has increased for the ninth year in a row. In 2023, they increased by another 6.8% to $2.4 trillion, which corresponds to 2.3% of global GDP. This is the highest global level of military spending since SIPRI research. Analysts attribute this trend to wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as tensions in Asia.

09:48 Budanov said in an interview with the BBC that Ukraine will face a difficult situation from May, but not a catastrophic one: “In our assessment, a rather difficult situation awaits us in the near future. But it is not catastrophic, this also needs to be understood. Armageddon will not happen, as many are now starting to say. But there will be problems from mid-May.” The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate clarified that these will be problems not only at the front, but also in the context of the internal political situation, since “the Russians will use an integrated approach.” “This will be a difficult period. Mid-May, early June,” the scout added.

Budanov also predicts that the conflict with Russia will be permanent. In his opinion, the current war will end after the Ukrainian Armed Forces reach the borders of 1991, but then “this conflict will permanently appear, subside, reappear, and so on.” “Look at our history. We, the Russian Federation, the Russian Empire, the Moscow Kingdom, have been making peace and fighting all our lives. We will not be able to change the course of history in the future,” Budanov explained.

At the same time, he believes that there is now no threat of an attack on Kyiv, and such a scenario was and remains “groundless.” According to Budanov, as of now, “there is absolutely no threat.”

09:07 In the Kherson region over the past 24 hours, the Russians fired at Novovorontsovka, Antonovka, Kherson, Kazatskoye, Berislav and Novoberislav. Three people were wounded, one of them a child, said the head of the OVA, Alexander Prokudin. Hits were recorded in a medical facility, educational institution, kindergarten, and gas pipeline.

08:36 During the night attack, kamikaze drones, which failed to be shot down, hit the territory of a farm in the Odessa region. Warehouse buildings and farm equipment were damaged, but no people were injured, the Southern Defense Force said.

08:18 The General Staff announced the estimated losses of the Russian Federation as of the morning of April 22:

  • personnel - about 460,260 (+730) people,

  • tanks - 7236 (+7),

  • armored combat vehicles - 13,904 (+8),

07:39 Air defense at night destroyed five of the seven attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type, which Russia attacked from the Crimean Cape Chauda, the Air Force command reported. All drones were destroyed in the Odessa region. Air defense forces also shot down an Orlan-10 operational-tactical UAV. In addition, Russia attacked with three S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the occupied territory of the Donetsk region.

07:27 Over the past 24 hours, 85 military clashes took place at the front, the General Staff reported in its morning report. In particular, the enemy tried 23 times to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops in the Novopavlovsk direction - in the Georgievka, Novomikhailovka, Vodyanoye and Urozhainy areas of the Donetsk region. Another 17 attacks were repelled in Limanskoye (in the areas of Serebryansky forestry in the Lugansk region and Ternov in the Donetsk region) and 16 attacks in Avdeevskoye (in the areas of the settlements of Ocheretino, Berdychi, Umanskoye, Yasnobrodovka, Netaylovo and Pervomaiskoye in the Donetsk region). Sudan's Darfur governor accuses RSF of planning state creation
[SUDANTRIBUNE] Darfur State governor, Minni Arko Minawi has accused the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of planning to create a new state in western Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
He claimed on social media platform "X" on Sunday that the RSF’s territorial expansion aims to establish an unrecognized entity.

Minawi alleged the recent attack on Mellit town, north of El Fasher, was part of a strategy to encircle the Darfur capital and pressure residents by restricting humanitarian aid.

He called the move an attempt to force acceptance of RSF presence in the region.

The RSF, a paramilitary group led by General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo (also Sudan’s deputy leader), currently controls most of Darfur after defeating the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) in several battles.

They recently seized Mellit, a strategic location that disrupts aid deliveries on the Port Sudan-Dabbah-Malit route.

In response, the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM), led by Minawi, announced the suspension of its activities and office operations in RSF-controlled areas.

The SLM, a signatory to the 2020 Juba Peace Agreement, has faced harassment from the RSF, including arrests and office closures.

The SLM spokesperson al-Sadiq Ali al-Nur stated that the decision was based on security concerns and reassessment of the political climate in RSF-held territories.

The movement’s offices will remain closed "until further notice," he further stressed.

[Regnum] At the headquarters of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) in St. Petersburg, journalists were shown one of the largest Russian maps in history, made during the reign of Peter I. Its size is approximately the same as the wall of an apartment in a typical panel house.

The Russian Geographical Society said that this is a map of Siberia, which was created by engineer, geographer and icon painter Semyon Remezov between 1696 and 1698.

The exhibit demonstrates how the state developed, Siberia was developed, and what the worldview of the explorers was, the society noted.

“The map was created for the Siberian Prikaz, then it came into the possession of Peter the Great - it hung in his residence, nailed to the wall with furniture nails. Using it, he conducted exams for those who were not very knowledgeable in geography,” said the chairman of the restoration commission, Ilya Gurov.

He added that the map was exhibited in the Hermitage, but remained poorly researched, unlike other maps and atlases of Remezov.

“It resembles an icon, the images of Saints Zosima and Savvaty from the Solovetsky Monastery. When we carried out instrumental research, it turned out that the map was created using icon-painting technologies,” explained Gurov.

He clarified that those places that seem dark are actually covered with two layers of precious metals - silver and gold leaf. And those areas that look green were actually blue before.

“The colors are applied with natural mineral paints, and over more than 300 years they have changed their structure,” the expert noted.

The map of Siberia has other “features”. In particular, the north and south have changed places. In addition, the exhibit does not have the usual scale and coordinate grid. Distances on it are calculated by day's marches, and the landmarks are the places where “Alexander the Great buried his gun.”

The Russian Geographical Society reported that at the moment the map needs to be restored. On instructions from the president of the society, Sergei Shoigu, a team of specialists began work that will last throughout the current and next year.

Earlier, the Russian Geographical Society launched a new project - the All-Russian competition “Cool Geography”. It is dedicated to the school subject of the same name. The organizer offers students educational lessons in an unusual format.

The final of the Cool Geography competition will take place in November 2024 at the headquarters of the Russian Geographical Society in Moscow. The finalists will receive valuable gifts from the Russian Geographical Society, and the winning schools will receive cash prizes for equipping a geography class.

The Russian Geographical Society also took part in the presentation of the publication “Physical Geography” by Immanuel Kant in Russian as part of the Baltic Cultural Forum, which began on April 18 in Svetlogorsk.

Current information on the situation on the front line: April 22 (updated)
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[NewsFront] 22:46 An air raid alert was announced in Kyiv and a number of regions of Ukraine. An air threat warning regime was announced in Kyiv and a number of regions of Ukraine. This is evidenced by data from the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.

21:35 Avdeevskoe direction.

Another batch of positive things arrives in the evening. Our attack aircraft came inin the village Novobakhmutovka, south of Ocheretino. The enemy withdraws his units from Solovyov.

It seems that the Russian army found a weakness in the enemy’s defense, which was slowly crumbling.

20:53 They report about the advancement of our units in the Ocheretino square. Shots from the center. The enemy retreated to the northern outskirts of the village.

The assault and mopup continues.

19:30 Crews of 152mm howitzers D-20 of the “South” group of troops inflicted attacks on strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction.

Adjustment of gun fire is carried out in real time using unmanned aircraft, which allows you to destroy enemy positions as quickly as possible and with minimal consumption of ammunition.

18:48 The Ukrainian resource Deep State confirmed the capture of a significant part of Ocheretino by the Russian army.

According to the project, the powerful breakthrough occurred because the Russians “caught the Defense Forces during a change of units.”

Deep State claims that the Russian Armed Forces have established a foothold in the southern part of the village and in the high-rise buildings - in their opinion, this is a “serious tactical success for Russia.”

17:35 Paratroopers from Buryatia occupied stronghold on the outskirts of Chasov Yar and captured four prisoners of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Paratroopers on BMD-2 and T-80 tanks destroyed exposed firing points and AGS crews, and suppressed enemy mortar sections.

After the work of the armored group, assault groups of Trans-Baikal paratroopers advanced to capture the strong point, who, using small arms fire and grenade launchers, were able to break the resistance of the remaining Ukrainian Armed Forces militants, occupy and clear the held strong point.

During the clearing of the stronghold, four militants of the Kyiv regime surrendered; those who refused to lay down their arms were eliminated.

16:54 Powerful explosions in the Dnepropetrovsk region.

16:15 The Russian Aerospace Forces launched an airstrike on Dergachi, a suburb of Kharkov.

16:10 The Russian Armed Forces entered the territory of the village of Razdolovka in the Seversk region.

15:50 Powerful explosions are reported in Khar'kov.

15:35 Parallel to the events west of Avdievka, in Chasov Yar and Novomikhailovka went activity in the South Donetsk direction.

The 305th Artillery Brigade of the Vostok group is actively practicing targets in the direction of Velyka Novosyolka, from where the Ukrainian army launched part of its counteroffensive last year.

Judging by what is happening, preparatory work to improve positions in this area is being carried out around the clock, and with one goal - to weaken the positions of the Ukrainian army as much as possible before larger events.

14:50 Stormtroopers of the Russian army advanced in Krasnogorovka.

14:36 Ukrainian channels confirm the significant advance of the Russian Armed Forces in Ocheretino.

13:40 The main thing from the new briefing of the Russian Ministry of Defense:

Russian troops hit a Ukrainian air defense position area and a storage point for unmanned boats;

Groupings “South” and “Center” improved their tactical position, “East” and “West” occupied more advantageous positions;

Russian air defense systems shot down 240 Ukrainian drones per day;

The Russian Armed Forces group “West” repulsed four counterattacks of the “Azov” battalion near Grigorovka in the DPR within 24 hours;

The Center group of troops repelled nine counterattacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces; the enemy in its area of ??responsibility lost 365 military personnel and Marder infantry fighting vehicles;

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 95 military personnel and a 155mm FH-70 howitzer made in Great Britain from the actions of the Vostok group of troops;

The Dnepr group of troops inflicted fire damage on three brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces within 24 hours; enemy losses amounted to up to 45 military personnel.

13:29 Avdievka direction: fighting in the center of Ocheretino -situation as of 13:00 April 22, 2024

Russian troops are rapidly pushing through enemy defenses north of Avdievka.

Assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces took full control of the Ocheretino railway station, advancing along Zheleznodorozhnaya Street 1.2 kilometers to the northwest.

Russian troops are also establishing positions along the streets located south of the railway station.

At the moment, there is no information about control over the northern part of the village behind the railway. In the surrounding area there are several more solid buildings that you can rely on for defense: the territory of the Altkom brick factory, a school and a local water utility.

The situation is developing dynamically, and it is possible that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not have enough strength to hold back the onslaught of Russian troops. If Ukrainian formations lose control over the populated area, then the fall of Novobakhmutovka and Novokalinovo will only be a matter of time.

13:20 The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the liberation of Novomikhailovka in the DPR.

13:08 The Russian army broke through the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Ocheretino near Donetsk and took control of the central part of the village.

12:35 Ongoing promotionin Ocheretino in the area of the railway and railway station, the enemy is gradually losing control over the southern part of Ocheretino. If current trends continue, it will be possible to say that the enemy’s second line of defense to the west of Avdievka has not held up.

12:00 Ukrainian troops in small groups are trying to leave Ocheretino in the DPR in the Avdeevsky direction along a road shelled by Russian artillery. This was announced by adviser to the head of the republic Igor Kimakovsky.

11:24 Enemy acknowledges further advance of our troops inside Ocheretino. The main battles are now taking place in the area of the railway station. The enemy's attempts to drive Russian attack aircraft out of the city were unsuccessful. The Russian Armed Forces have established a foothold in the city and continue to expand the zone of control in its southeastern part.

11:07 Situation at the front as of 04/22/2024:

In the area of the village of Vladimirovka Transbaikal residents are moving forward with the support of aviation and artillery. The Ukrainian Armed Forces began using even more FPV drones in the area. During the day, our soldiers shot down more than 35 units.

In the area of the village productive military personnel of the Vostok group twice thwarted enemy attempts to strengthen their positions. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying “by hook or by crook” to hold back the advance of our fighters. In the area of the village The enemy's reinforcement was thwarted in Staromayorskoe.

Bomber aircraft and artillery destroyed: an FH-70 howitzer, three mortars, two UAV control points, an electronic warfare station, a fuel depot, six ammunition supply points. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are suffering significant losses in manpower.

10:34 Explosions occurred in the Kyiv-controlled city of Kherson. This was reported by the publication “Public. News".

10:29 In the zone of a special military operation, Russian artillerymen successfully forced the batteries of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and suppressed enemy fire. They often gain the upper hand over the enemy even before the counterbattery fight begins, disrupting the ammunition supply of Ukrainian guns.

“The most important targets are ammunition depots. We successfully defeat them. I can’t say the number: during this time a lot of things have already been destroyed,” said the commander of a self-propelled artillery battery with the call sign “Tom.”

10:05 Donetsk direction, settlement Novomikhailovka.

At the moment, Novomikhailovka has been taken. The guys have done a great job in this area.

The capture of Novomikhailovka makes it possible to reach Poraskievka and Konstantinovka, and will also allow control of the road to Ugledar, which will cut off the supply of the city from the north-eastern side.

The difficulty of working in this area is explained by the enemy’s good engineering preparation of his defensive positions. Strongholds in the forest belts near Novomikhailovka had concrete fortifications, as well as underground passages - communications. Novomikhailovka itself is located in a lowland, but the sawmills around the village are on hills and serve as some kind of walls.

On the northern side of the village, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had a height that gave them an advantage, which also complicated the assault on the village from the eastern side. From 2017 to 2024, serious engineering structures made of concrete were installed here.

09:21 Units of the Dnepr group of troops struck 25 UAV control points and 17 observation points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Russian army carried out successful offensive assault operations in the Rabotino area. The group's units destroyed manpower, equipment and temporary deployment points of the enemy on the right bank of the Dnieper.

During the day, enemy losses amounted to up to 50 military personnel. During the counterbattery fight, the Russian army destroyed six guns and mortars, four vehicles and an M107 self-propelled gun. Air defense fire and electronic warfare suppressed and shot down 54 UAVs, hitting 25 UAV control posts, 17 observation posts and four warehouses for material and technical equipment.

08:50 Crew of the T-90M tank of the “Center” group of troops destroyed strong point and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Avdeevsky direction.

The military personnel, having received the target coordinates from the crew of the reconnaissance UAV, moved to a pre-prepared firing position. All targets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were hit with well-aimed fire from 125mm high-explosive fragmentation rounds.

08:21 Russian “Breakthrough” in the Avdeevsky direction -personneldestruction of armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the T-90M tank. The crew hit a strong point and armored vehicles from a closed firing position. The targets were identified by aerial reconnaissance; they were destroyed by 125mm high-explosive fragmentation rounds at a range of up to 10 kilometers.

08:17 Military report from military correspondent Lisitsyn:

Avdievka direction: The Russian Armed Forces disabled the Ocheretino railway station, thereby disrupting the logistics of supplying Ukrainian troops in the area. Ukrainian units in Berdychi found themselves cut off, and Russian troops blocked the road to Nobakhmutovka, increasing the threat of complete encirclement.

North-west of Avdievka, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing in the direction of Ocheretino and Novokalinovo, strengthening themselves on the southern borders of these settlements. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are strengthening their defensive positions in the Keramika region.

Kherson direction: on this front the nature of the fighting has not changed. There is an exchange of artillery strikes and the use of drones. The RF Armed Forces are focusing on the destruction of water transport of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Chasov Yar: Fierce fighting continues on the eastern outskirts of the city, especially in the Kanal microdistrict. The Ukrainian Armed Forces regularly launch counterattacks, and the area is mined, which makes it difficult for our guys to advance.

South Donetsk direction: in this direction, Ukrainian troops were driven out of Novomikhailovka. The Russian Armed Forces are advancing on Krasnogorovka from the south, heavy fighting is underway.

08:07 Several mined caches with foreign weapons at oncefoundFSB officers in the DPR.

The caches were prepared by the Ukrainian military during the retreat in the Avdievka direction. During an inspection of abandoned buildings, Russian security forces found 68 grenades, 47 TG-50 rounds, fragmentation ammunition for grenade launchers and more than 10,000 small arms ammunition. Also seized were more than seven hundred 155mm NATO rounds, tank rounds and a knife with Nazi slogans on the blade. Other finds include syringes with an unknown substance, which is being sent for research.

08:00 Two Russian attack aircraft took the fortifications with eight Ukrainian Armed Forces militants.

Onvideo– the assault group captures fortified positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Volnovakha area in the South Donetsk direction. Two of our fighters were against eight enemy soldiers, and at the same time they were able to take several militants prisoner.

Protests against U.S. military presence in Niger continue
[AFRICANEWS] Hundreds of people demonstrated on Sunday in Northern Niger calling for the immediate departure of the 1,000 American troops based there.

The demos happen even as the the U.S. say it will begin plans to withdraw troops from Niger.

A U.S. official said there was no timeline for withdrawal besides talks set to start in the coming days about next steps. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to detail the private diplomatic discussions. An American delegation to coordinate the details of the withdrawal process will be dispatched soon.

Niger plays a central role in the U.S. military’s operations in Africa’s Sahel region, an area on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Washington is concerned about the spread of jihadi violence, where local groups have pledged allegiance to al-Qaida and the Islamic State groups. Niger is home to a major U.S. air base, in the city of Agadez, about 920 kilometers (550 miles) from the capital, Niamey, using it for manned and unmanned surveillance flights and other operations. The U.S. has also invested hundreds of millions of dollars in training Niger’s military since it began operations there in 2013.

But relations have frayed between Niger and Western countries since mutinous soldiers ousted the country’s democratically elected president in July. Niger’s junta has since told French forces to leave and turned instead to Russia for security. Earlier this month, Russian military trainers arrived to reinforce the country’s air defenses and with Russian equipment to train Nigeriens to use.

There was an attempt on the behalf of the U.S. to revise the military agreement with Niger that would allow them to stay, U.S. officials told the AP. But the agreement between Zeine and Campbell shows that the effort has failed.

Sudanese army repulses RSF attack in North Kordofan State
[SUDANTRIBUNE] The Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) on Sunday repelled an attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on El Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan state.

The attack, eyewitnesses said, resulted in heavy casualties and destruction of military vehicles

For the past three days, the RSF reportedly amassed forces from Darfur in an attempt to capture El Obeid and defeat the city’s 5th Infantry Division.

Eyewitnesses interviewed by Sudan Tribune claim the RSF launched a two-pronged attack from the north and west, with additional forces arriving from the Barra and Nahud roads. The attack targeted residential areas including Unit neighborhoods, Squares 12 and 13, and the Taiba neighborhood. Intense fighting erupted, lasting over three hours, before the army repelled the offensive.

According to eyewitnesses, the RSF suffered significant losses during the attack.

Videos posted by Sudanese army platforms allegedly show destroyed and captured RSF vehicles, exceeding 10. The videos also reportedly depict family members of RSF soldiers.

The RSF, positioned in the city’s western 13th district, responded with Katyusha rocket attacks, killing at least two civilians according to medical sources.

The Sudanese army retaliated with airstrikes using barrel bombs on the RSF positions launching the rocket attacks.

El-Obeid, a strategically important city linking Kordofan and Darfur, has been a target for the RSF since the conflict began. The army has reportedly successfully defended the city against previous RSF attempts to seize control.

The paramilitary group currently encircles El-Obeid after taking control of Al-Rahd and Um Rowaba localities on the main road connecting North Kordofan and White Nile State. They have also reportedly cut off the road between North and South Kordofan by seizing the Al-Quz locality in South Kordofan.

This siege has reportedly caused shortages of essential goods and medicine in El-Obeid, worsening the living conditions for residents.

#1  If El Obeid falls to the RSF then government forces in the west (Darfur) are isolated. It would also push the military to the Nile Rivers region and effectively divide the Sudan into Arab and African states. However, it is still not clear what the RSF endgame entails. It lacks a manifesto. Can it unite the Arab and African ethnicities in Darfur? Does it want to? It is curious that the foreign elements that support the RSF have not provided it with ground to air missiles. The SAF Air Force is the only reason the Khartoum military has survived.

Mali: More than 110 civilians kidnapped by ''suspected jihadists''
[AFRICANEWS] Local groups and an official in Mali are calling for the release of more than 110 people kidnapped by suspected jihadists some 6 days ago.

They told the AFP news agency that three buses carrying the civilians were stopped by the group of men in the centre of the country and forced to head towards a forest between Bandiagara and Bankass.

An elected official from Bandiagara, who asked to remain anonymous for security reasons, says the buses and passengers are still being held captive.

Since 2012, Mali has been plagued by fighting between different factions affiliated to al-Qaeda and the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group, as well as by self-declared, self-defence forces and bandidos.

The worsening security situation has been compounded by a humanitarian and political crisis.

The violence spilled over into neighbouring Burkina Faso
...The country in west Africa that they put where Upper Volta used to be. Its capital is Oogadooga, or something like that. Its president used to be Blaise Compaoré, who took office in 1987 and was chased out in 2014. Now it's the usual army officer type guy, Captain Ibrahim Traore, running things, who's just doing a bang-up job unless he's already been deposed...
and Niger, with all three countries seeing military regimes seize power in recent years.

Why Russia does not respond to Western sanctions with piracy
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
by Petr Akopov

[REGNUM] The US and UK introduced new sanctions against Iran in response to the Islamic Republic's attack on Israel. It is unnecessary to clarify that no Western country is going to impose any sanctions against Israel, which provoked the Iranian attack with its strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus.

Sanctions are imposed against those who are considered their enemies - Russia, Iran, North Korea, even China - and allies are, at best, slightly scolded. The war of sanctions has long become a continuation of a conventional war—or its replacement, or even simply a preparation for it.

At the same time, the economic and political effectiveness of sanctions is no longer a determining factor in their announcement. If previously it was believed that with the help of restrictions they wanted to force the enemy to change policy, make various concessions, or achieve his collapse, now sanctions wars are being waged under new circumstances.

The paradox is that sanctions primarily affect the interests of the West itself, because they destroy the rules of the game in the global market, in a globalizing world. Namely, building such a world was the main goal of the West. Built according to its rules and with the help of its institutions - financial, trade, etc. - a single world organism was supposed to ensure the dominance of the Western world.

Sanctions against small or fairly isolated countries like North Korea did not cause much damage to the reputation of the West. And even sanctions against such prominent states, including in the oil market, as Iran and Venezuela, did not have a fatal impact on the functions of the West as a global helmsman.

However, sanctions against Russia became a turning point, primarily due to the seizure of quite large Russian foreign assets. And although they have not yet been confiscated, constant conversations and votes on this topic only strengthen the entire non-Western world in the belief that the West will stop at nothing to defend its dominance.

That is, the West, while causing undoubted damage to the Russian economy, is simultaneously causing much more serious and strategically important damage to its own reputation and its global project.

But these are the problems of the West. How should those countries that are subject to sanctions pressure, and primarily Russia, counteract it? Not only because it is the largest of the countries against which the West is waging a sanctions war, but also because the rest of the world is looking at us, assessing the effectiveness of our response to Western pressure.

So far, Russia is trying to take a middle path - at the same time, together with other non-Western countries, building alternative systems and mechanisms to Western ones (financial, trade, logistics, etc.), and respecting the rights of Western producers and copyright holders.

Despite the departure of a huge number of Western companies from Russia, we do not continue to produce familiar goods using their equipment or under their brands: new Russian brands are produced or foreign ones are attracted, for example, Chinese ones. Why don't we just start exploiting the Western capacity, know-how and intellectual capital left behind?

Of course, in some cases this is simply impossible due to the cessation of supplies of certain components. But the main reason is that Russia considers it necessary to comply with international law - copyright, trademark and others. That is, we do not want to create a precedent and scare the rest of the non-Western world.

Yes, we are in conflict with the West, it imposed sanctions against us, left our market, but we still comply with international law, do not engage in piracy and theft of intellectual property (officially, because copying and, especially, industrial espionage have not been abolished).

So the Global South need not worry; in relations with it, no matter how they develop, we will certainly never stoop to violating agreements and stealing. But the West is just ready for it - we return to the situation with our same hundreds of billions of dollars and euros frozen in unfriendly countries.

The position is understandable and, when playing for a long time, generally justified. Russia sees itself not as a victim of the West, not as a fortress country, but as part of the world community. Only built not on Western rules, but on new ones, developed through the consensus of all leading centers of power.

Strategically, it is much more profitable for us to comply with even the current Western-centric rules than to abandon them altogether. Because our role and our weight in the process of forming a new world order - both trade and economic, and geopolitical in general - directly depends on relations with the non-Western world.

A world that, like us, is aimed at transitioning from the current world order to a new, multipolar one, but does not want and cannot break the existing rules before the supporting pillars of the new global architecture are built.

This concerns not only the financial system and the economy, but also security, that is, military alliances. Everyone understands that the era of Western dominance is ending, but no one wants its completion to take place in the form of the collapse of the entire system at once.

That is why the question of our response to sanctions has not a country-specific, but a global dimension. Sanctions not only will not help the West break us or extract concessions from us, but will also not lead us astray from our main goal - building a new multipolar fair (that is, taking into account the real balance of power) world order, beneficial both for Russia and for the absolute the majority of humanity.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Hezbollah shoots down Israel's Hermes 450 drone over southern Lebanon
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Hezbollah resistance movement has released a video, saying its fighters have shot down an advanced Israeli drone over southern Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
after it violated the country’s airspace.

"The Islamic Resistance® confirms that the enemy drone that its fighters shot down in the airspace of the al-Aishiya area in southern Lebanon is a Hermes 450," the movement said in a late Sunday statement.

Hezbollah added in its statement that the Israeli Hermes 450 drone was shot down when "it was attacking our honorable and steadfast people."

It said shooting down of the drone was part of the movements’ operations carried out in support of the Paleostinian people in the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks.
Strip.

Hours later, the Israeli regime’s military said in a statement that one of its drones operating in the skies of Lebanon had been hit by a surface-to-air missile.

The Hermes 450 drone, which is made by Israel’s Elbit company, has an endurance of over 20 hours and its primary mission is reconnaissance, surveillance and communications relay. However,
the way to a man's heart remains through his stomach...
it can also carry up to four missiles for offensive operations.

The drone has a wingspan of 10.6 meters, weighs 550 kilograms, and its Hebrew name is Zik.

The new achievement came after earlier in April, Hezbollah fighters managed to shoot down an advanced Hermes 900 Israeli drone over Lebanese territory.

The Israeli army admitted that the drone had crashed in Lebanese territory after being hit by a surface-to-air missile.

With a wingspan of 15 meters, Hermes 900 is the second-largest reconnaissance drone in the Israeli air force.

The Israeli regime has been waging sporadic attacks against the Lebanese soil since October 7, 2023, when it launched a genocidal war against the Gaza Strip that has so far claimed the lives of nearly 34,100 Paleostinians, mostly women and kiddies.

Hezbollah has been retaliating against the regime’s attacks, conducting daily operations against targets throughout the occupied territories in solidarity with the war-hit Gazooks.

The resistance movement fought off two Israeli wars against Lebanon in 2000 and 2006, forcing a humiliating retreat on the Tel Aviv regime’s military in both cases.

The movement has vowed to resolutely defend Lebanon in case of any other Israeli-imposed war.

Ukraine suspends consular actions regarding persons liable for military service
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a request to the heads of Ukrainian embassies abroad to suspend all consular actions in relation to Ukrainian citizens of military age, with an exception for those who issue identity cards to return to Ukraine. The local publication “Zerkalo Nedeli” wrote about this.

“The ban will remain in effect until clarification of the provisions of the law on strengthening mobilization is received,” clarifies the document for diplomatic institutions, signed by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga.

“I instruct, starting April 23, to temporarily suspend consular actions based on applications from male Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60 years,” the publication quoted.

As Regnum reported, the law on tightening mobilization in Ukraine, signed on April 16 by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, actually destroyed the rights of Ukrainians. Official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova announced this at a briefing on April 18.

According to Zakharova, the new law will only lead to increased corruption in Ukraine and a stronger division of society.

After the adoption of the law on mobilization, Ukrainians are actually storming the country’s embassies abroad in order to renew their passports before it comes into force on May 16 and not return to their homeland, the diplomat added.

On April 11, the Verkhovna Rada adopted by a majority vote in the second and final reading a law on tightening mobilization rules. 283 parliamentarians voted for it, 21 voted against it, and 15 more abstained.

The document introduces stricter procedures for mobilization, including tougher penalties for evading it. The law also clarified the categories of persons subject to mobilization, and the summons will be considered received even without being personally delivered to the person liable for military service. The document also provides for the obligation to wear a military ID for all those liable for military service between the ages of 18 and 60 and a fine or a forceful arrest in the TCC for violating this norm.

Former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov said on April 13 that after the adoption of the law on mobilization, the Ukrainian people will become a death sentence for Zelensky and the deputies. According to him, demobilization and rotation removed from the law will deprive Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters of the opportunity to see their relatives and friends and relax.

About ten men try to leave the territory of Ukraine every day using fake documents. This statement was made on April 21 by the speaker of the State Border Service of Ukraine Andrey Demchenko during a telethon.
