#3 That's not what i read in the local press. Finland simply doesn't have rebellion in its laws. Germany has something similar and a lot of Spanish jurists think extradition is a done deal BUT that would cause Merkel a lot of domestic political headaches. Nothing to cause her lose power bit enough to cause bad blood.
And the Spanish govt will gloat so uncontrolably that Merkel will bitchslap them via the Euro group within the Euro parliment to have at least a sense of propriety.
