I'm sure the 'loaned' money will be replaced with 'valuable' govt. bonds, just like Argentina.

This in the same week that he announces a massive new handout to the mddle east and north africa?
This dude is crazy, there is NO money left, we're raiding pension funds to pay the daily overhead and he's giving away Billions.

a) Borrow and Spend as much as possible because it won't count?
