Speaking as your Legal Advisor, "immanent threat to life" isn't the only legal doctrine in play here. There is also "If you do that, I'll shoot you" which is an implicit contract between parties. And a hint that maybe you shouldn't.

#2 Maybe it's just me, but I think attempting to invade is an act that can morally be met with lethal force. As is the random arson of the incendiary life campaign.

Whitson was reared by an Armenian American mother, Ashi Whitson, who was born in the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City and immigrated to the United States in 1960. Her father was from Texas. #4 YOU don't determine 'war crimes'. The word is bandied about without context to actual law and history. Remember to be very careful on its use. If you say its a war crime, then war is in effect. If war is in effect, then using civilians or those in civilian clothes without proper military markings constitutes a violation of one of the Conventions. Who's the real criminal?
