Prob'ly true, JohnQC. Not only that, but the lads must have been connected for the story even to be believed. Mr. Wife wouldn't go into the coffeehouses in Saudi Arabia for that reason, and such stories pop up regularly from Turkey eastward. That culture has always hewed to the ancient Greek ideal, even before Islam: women for babies, youths for pleasure.
