#1 At least they have their cutting edge hypersonic mole nuclear weapon delivery system.

#2 The Russians haven't cancelled it. While the Russians are pissing their pants bragging that the SU-57 is too good, they are delaying production because the aircraft is not ready for prime time. Stealth, engines, radar, stealth, other sensors, software are all deficient and will take years to develop. Sorry Vlad, you are not Chinese and not allowed access to every American secret.

#3 They'll reverse-engineer a copy of the F-35 from their new Sultanate friend

#4 I would bet they have something better.

I am very cynical about this kind of announcement, particularly because the Bolsheviks do not like to admit failure.

#5 "Russians don't take a dump without a plan!" ... or something to that effect.

#6 It's so stealthy you can't even find it in production.

#7 Admitting defeat or just deciding not to throw more money into the pit? *cough*F-35*cough*

#8 I thought it was pretty.

#9 The Russians have been having a *LOT* of problems getting any of their Late Soviet-era weapon systems to mass production status. If it works they are broke. If it is complicated, like electronics or jet turbines, they just find quality control almost impossible.
We mostly have corruption on steroids...

#10 Look at their tanks, for example, they are still basically building a T-72ski...
