#2 The first serious cracks in the Soros empire appeared with the rise to power of sovereignist politicians who not only criticized the globalist model, but began to actively dismantle it.

Globalism has failed. It was always going to, but it was propped up by money from Soros and his fellow WEF types with billions of dollars for as long as it could be.

The tell that things were going pear shaped for the globalists was the turning up of the "all forms of nationalism are identical to Naziism" narrative to 11. It's true that since WWII there has always been an undertone of that to one extent or another, but one of the signature features of wokism as it rose since the late 2000s was beating the drum with this nonsense louder and louder. As the edifice of globalism/neofeudalism cracked apart from its internal contradictions, the drumbeats went off the scale. Pathetic.
