#1 According to Ynet, the death toll is now up to 525:

An Egyptian Health Ministry spokesman has again raised the death toll from the previous day's clashes between police and supporters of the country's ousted president to 525.

The spokesman, Khaled el-Khateeb, told The Associated Press on Thursday that the number of injured in the previous day's violence has also risen and now stood at 3,717.

We do it daily for Chicago. Could it be because of who's run it for generations and their 'one' is on the throne in the Beltway? Can't draw attention to blood in our own streets.

#11 500 dead. Yeah, that's a drop in the bucket. The MB "martyrs" 500 and expects a horrified world to solve their problem. Keep it up.

The MB attempted a theocratic coup, and the army reacted by ousting Morsi. Champ is on the wrong side, at least from my non-islamist POV.
