So since you've given the ~~enemy~~ opposition special dispensation from complying with the Geneva Convention, wearing of identifiable uniform or not using civilians as cover, when's our dispensation coming? I won't be waiting.

#7 Mansour was the upscale residence of the Sunni elite. The Madhi Army have been killing/driving the Sunnis off and selling/renting the abandoned properties to Shiite colonists. It's the largest source of revenue for Sadr and the Madhis. So no sympathy from me.
