#1 There is a danger of presuming guilt and not innocence---A way to bypass Due Process. A further danger of political correctness. This becomes the "ends justify the means" railroad job.

This becomes a vehicle for every feminazi to get even for the perceived wrongs of society--much of which in learned in public schools. No matter that some guy gets lynched in the process.

#4 1. I think Ms. Hoyt is being way too generous when she suggests that anyone does any more than pretend to believe in this sort of shit for the sake of power.

2. The "left" is going to continue to believe in this shit until we start a real communist party and start hauling away all the power mad passive aggressive performance autist professors, programmers, brogrammers, rentrepeneurs, and private-jet-flying enviro-mentalcases out to the rice paddies to pay off their debts to the proletariat.

The people who run China today are corrupt assholes but they're careful not to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs because Mao sent _everyone_ through the system and really made an impression that you don't want to put the country out of business or you and your family is going to be sleeping in that rice paddy for the rest of their lives. The sycophants in that part of the Chinese side of the net will all talk about how smart Xi is but they simultaneously don't talk about all the specific dumb shit Xi is trying to avoid.
