#1 I hope O'Keefe had real good legal advice before running these stings - a lot of jurisdictions will contend they are violations of various wiretap or similar laws. Laws they will be far more interested in enforcing than voting laws.

#9 The awesome thing is that Breitbart sent the standard of getting a bunch of tapes together and releasing them slowly. Now the DNC has to assume they have a bunch of tapes and are probably scrambling. So if O'Keefe only has the two the damage is still done.
