Canada is exploring idea of building a pipeline EAST to terminal in New Brunswick. The product was had been going to go through Keystone would be sent east, and would be available to other than US refineries and customers. They are tired of Bambi waffling.

Atmospheric Crude Oil Distillation Capacity:

PAD District I (US East coast) 1,617,500 bpd

PAD District III (Includes Texas & Louisiana) 8,646,219 bpd
