#3 Pak is overdue for serious sanctions. They hid OBL, mullah Omar, countless Haqqani overlords and minons. Cut all foreign aid, delete all cooperative events, ban all visas, and demand an end to their support to the taliban. When they refuse, use finance laws to cut them off from the main stream of global finance. When they bitch about that to their China pals, explain to China that they are next if they can't get their Pak client to behave.
