Actually, this needs to be SOP. Executed terrorist remains should be untraceable so that grieving relatives have no way possible of administering last rites or showing any reverence for the deceased. Terrorists need to become nonentities at our hands. Even if the operatives don't fear it, their families will and that sort of pressure goes a long way in Muslim societies.
