Saudi Arabia should be told in no uncertain terms to butt-out. It is planning a major Red Sea hotel-diving development south of the Strait of Tiran choke-point, but that should have no impact whatsoever on what could revert to the re-arming of a potentially ultra-strategic base on Tiran and Sanafir.
