Horsesh!t. He potentially ruined the chances of whichever team was in the water at that moment. Considering how they had practiced for years to get there, the duration of his sentence is fitting.

#4 I question the mentality of a person who shells out thousands to cross the globe for the opportunity to convince those who know him that he is a jerk. I have a feeling that most of his eighbors and family knew he was a jerk without the extra proof he has now provided.
