#1 The terrorist leadership, with a few exceptions (like the September 11, 2001 attacks), do not actually carry out suicide attacks. Thatâs what the ~~cannon fodder~~ ex-cons and illiterate guys are for.

For years I've been calling them "brains" and "mules". Killing the brains limits the effectiveness of the mules, though it might not make them less violent.
