The trick is just to develop a bogus rationale for why the victim is a nazi and add some footnotes. His gig only works in free societies. Real nazis would have publically executed him the first time he made a peep against the governement. Well, maybe that's not accurate. Churchill biggest sin is projection.If the Nazis took over tomorrow he might be their Eichman, but he would have to Jello-wrestle Michael Moore for the honor.

Title 18 defines "treason" as follows:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death.
