#5 The USA and Condi need to stay the hell out of Paleo Politix. No money, no diplo. Let the Peleos deal with their problems in their own cullllllllltural way. Let the Israelis deal with the Paleos as they see appropriate.

Just minimizing interaction with the Paleos will greatly diminish the US carbon footprint, so it makes sense environmentally. It's a win-win.

Spot on, Redneck Jim! Actually, this is the prescription for all Islam. If Muslims refuse to begin eradicating jihadis from their midst, the West must do it for them and in what will likely be a much less discriminating fashion. The sooner we begin demonstrating our resolve to perform this task in an indelicate fashion, the more quickly this planet's Muslim population will purchase a clue and begin doing such chores themselves.

This one-speck-at-a-time housecleaning service we are performing for Islam at present is not only making us a laughingstock in their eyes but is the equivalent of using tweezers to dust a mansion. A few applications of industrial strength cleaners to remove that annoying yellowed jihadi build-up will motivate surviving Muslims to begin polishing off the remaining underlayers of terrorist grime.

By doing all the heavy lifting for them, we are weakening whatever ~~moderate~~ reformist Muslims there are. They vitally need the exercise involved so as to become more robust at surviving the deleterious effects of Islamic terrorism. Without sufficient exposure to the jihadist infection, they merely fall ill with the same disease instead of gaining any immunity. We are killing them with kindness by insulating them from the real-life consequences of allowing jihadism to breed in their midst.

Better that we demonstrate to all Muslims the complications involved with allowing unacquainted service providers to perform such intrusive tasks than allow the situation to deteriorate any further. Killing our foe with kindness is the sort of tomfoolery that will get us all killed.

#7 It is only a matter of time before "vigilantes" take matters into their own hands. If Orcs can fly here to carry out freelance mayhem I expect those same flights travel in the opposite direction. Depending on your Western country of origin, driving around the Sahara, say, randomly shooting stuff up might not even be against the law.

Not that I am advocating lawlessness of this sort.
