#2 Yup, this is a big deal. Combine this with the advanced weapons sales, the trade deals, the continued cultural exchanges, and the simple back and forth of a couple million people of Hindi heritage now living in the U.S., and you draw India firmly into the Anglosphere alliance. Which is going to be a mighty handy thing in the years ahead.
