Well, it all depends on what kind of explosives and how many. If they're a dozen 1 inchers, this becomes a laugher. If you saw the mug shots of these guys, they were snickering.

I'm betting this is only another test and another "driving while arab" instance for CAIR. Y & A get released OR or with a plea bargain in a day or two. If this had been a real alert, the Naval Base would have a big hole in it.

#5 Have a look at this. They look like pipe bombs but are homebrew rocket motors. Look at the propellant too. Same thing these guys were caught with, sugar based propellants. Common for home brew rocket motors. And they had other model rocketry paraphernalia with them.

I say they are rockets. Pretty typical homebrew model rockets.

#6 Maximum sentence. Serve notice to all American Muslims that possession of any sort of explosives, homebrew or otherwise, will get them legally deep fried.
