#3 A couple of cannisters of napalm on the mosque of mullah fazlullah would do wonders in cleaning up Swat - so would a nice, military-style SWAT against those that wage word-war. Shooting militant mullahs would go a long way toward bringing peace and prosperity to pakiwakiworld.
