#1 I think we've turned the corner in Iraq. Now, if we can get Maliki and the sunnis to focus on unity this will degrade into a massive police action which spawns a strong Iraqi self control over their security. The trick will be to keep it from morphing into a police state, which is what it is becoming, and will become if opposition continues.
