#3 The corruption in Juarez and its police force is historical. No need to put anyone in a position of being a hostage of gangs or the authorities these days with incursion into the US by uniform Mexicans under someone's authority. As for personal relief, Southwest Airlines will have cheap tickets to Vegas, baby.
