#4 We need a large, freestanding concrete wall in Baghdad, with the caption "These people hate you, and want to blow you up". It needs to be lined with very large meathooks in a row, just under the caption. Find and hang terrorists on the meathooks, under the jaw. Let them stay there until they're nice and ripe. DO NOT let the families have them back for burial. Cremate the remains after they've hung for a week or two. The bleeding hearts will have kittens, but the people of Baghdad will be glad the hooks are in such frequent use.

I agree, but they are adults, and sticking their heads in the sand perpetuates the thing they hate the most rather than helping the brave ones make it go away with minimum suffering. And at times there will be suffering, whether the idealists have figured it out yet or not.
