#1 When does a crisis become just a chronic condition? Seems the Kassam rockets are becoming a fixture of the area, sort of becoming part of the ambiance, if you will, since Israel has lost the will to defend its citizens.

#2 The cease fire will only be broken if Israel attacks Gaza. Gazans can fire rockets, mortars, grenades, heavy artillery, anything they want, and it won't break the ceasefire. If Israel so much as points an M-16 towards Gaza, the ceasefire will be over.
And it will be Israel's fault for breaking it.
