#1 They just beat out NYC in terms of cops per capita. NYC has 40,000 cops and a population of 8m. That works out to 1 cop every 200 people. Iraq has a population of 30m and 300,000 cops. That works out to 1 cop every 100 people. I am gonna guess that crime in Iraq is about to take a steep plunge.

Yeah, exactly that. What they need is some sort of external challenge that they can unite against. It could be in sports or whatever.
