#1 The entire justice system in Taiwan is flawed, and the current government doesn't seem to wanting to do anything about it. Case in point, Chen was released without having to pay bail money. Zero, zip, nada ..... How is that fair? A petite thief would still need to pay a small amount of money to make bail, but not a dirty politician that stole $18 million (in US dollar)?
