#1 The transfers to the states having the least problems are large.

Well, those with money have more to give to the Party(c). Those will less money may actually spend it stupidly on things like food, clothing, shelter. It's about power Baby and keeping it.

#5 Check "Stimuls" spending on a county by county per-capita bases. THe vast majority of it is going to "blue" counties. "Red" ones are being screwed over. That's the Chicago way. Obama and his co-conspirators in Congress are nothing more than gangsters.
